    The paper discusses the importance of the national and a correlation of the national and the universal analyzed by Russian religious philosopher N.A. Berdyaev in the book “Destiny of Russia”. The author shows that Berdyaev has foreseen a sharpness of many today's problems. Therefore his outlook has a gnosiological value and the urgency in modern Russia.

However, despite prevalence of these phenomena, researchers did not manage to answer definitively a question as to what underlies each of them.     The paper gives an explanation of religious and not religious consciousness of a contemporary society. The author provides the sociological analysis of transformation of public consciousness in changing Russian society in which the degree and levels of religiousness are reflected and the variety of religious practices and forms of sociocultural identification are typologically classified. The basic research concepts of religious practice of people which are used in social sciences already throughout several decades (a faith, a believer, a religiousness etc.) are analyzed. On the basis of conceptual generalization of the concepts of religion sociology the author presents his own definitions of world outlooks of public consciousness which possess the relevant indications allowing more objective characterization of the event and processes, occurring in Russia during the periods of sociocultural transformations.

    The general laws of implementation of norms of international law in the national legislation

    The paper is devoted to problems of interaction of the international and national law, in particular, to questions of implementation norms of international law in the interstate legislation. The national mechanism of implementation of norms of international law of each specific state has features inherent only in it depending on features of internal legal system. However a number of indications are the general for any state. Standard are: a principle of interpretation of national norms according to international law; the interpretation of laws showing friendship to international law, a presumption that the legislator has no intention to break the international obligations. In order to avoid possible collisions between the international and internal law it is accepted to resort first of all to interpretation of norms allowing solution of the contradiction in favour of international law.
