    HISTORY OF THE INTERNATIONAL TRIBUNAL

The second half of the 20th century was the time of the development of international law institutions for modern civilization, which are the subject of discussion about their purpose and the results of activities in international relations to protect the world from the recurrence of world conflict of the scale of the Second World War. The history of international relations did not know the application of the procedure of criminal prosecution, granting the right to defense to war criminals with the presumption of innocence until the Nuremberg trial. The international trial provided the world public with an opportunity to consider in public the war crimes of the Second World War committed against man and entire peoples. The subject of the study is the International Tribunal as an institution for the consideration and conviction of crimes against humanity. The importance of the International Tribunal in summing up the results and lessons of World War II for world civilization is studied. The functional purpose of the International Tribunal for the development of inter-state relations is considered in historical perspective. The purpose of the study is to analyze the International Tribunal as a tool for regulating international relations and to implement the main task of the research: to analyze the historical role of the International Tribunal after the Second World War for the protection of peace. The main research methods are comparative-historical and comparative-legal, which make it possible to trace the influence of the International Tribunal on the state of international relations. The conclusion is made about the political, legal and historical significance of the activities of international tribunals in summing up the first results of the Second World War.

NEOPHYTIC CHRISTIANS IN THE SOCIO-CONFESSIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE KARACHAY-BALKARIAN SOCIETY IN THE 19TH CENTURY

The article addresses issues related to religious conversion (transition from Islam to Christianity) of certain groups, families, personalities in the Karachay-Balkarian environment in the 19th century. The causes of cristionising are analyzed, and the number, social status of converts, their confessional resistance, and attitude towards them from the dominant part of society are demonstrated. The work also addresses certain aspects of the state policy of the Russian Empire aimed at initiating and supporting religious-conversion sentiments among non-Christian ethnic communities in the Caucasus. The publication shows that during the period under review, the religious conversion of the elite of the Karachay-Balkarian society was supported by the tsarist administration and church hierarchs. It is concluded that the adoption of Christianity by representatives of the Karachay-Balkarian society was carried out under the influence of the active missionary activities of the Russian Orthodox Church in the region, as well as through the entry of Karachays and Balkarians into marriages with representatives of the Orthodox denomination. However, strengthening the position of Islam in the ethnosocial space of the region in the 19th century minimized the prospects for the further Christanization of the Karachay-Balkarian society.

DISCUSSION ISSUES OF THE HISTORY OF THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR OF 1941-1945 IN RUSSIAN HISTORIOGRAPHY

It would seem that after three quarters of the century, issues of the history of the Great Patriotic War will be perceived both by the scientific community of domestic historians and by the wide circles of the Russian public more academically and calmly. However, the realities of the development of relations between Russia and European countries and the United States in the second decade of the 21st century, the aggravation of wars of historical memory in recent years do not give rise to such hopes. The article, based on the analysis of the works of Russian historians of the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries, identifies and discusses some controversial issues of the history of the Great Patriotic war, in particular, the reasons of defeats of the Red Army in the first months of the war; the ratio of the number of troops and military equipment before the war in the border districts; the level of combat readiness of the Red Army in 1941; the effects of repression at the command of the Red Army in the prewar period on the level of its fighting capacity in the war; problems of captivity in all its aspects; civilian collaboration, etc. The study of the above range of discussion issues on the history of the Great Patriotic War in Russian historiography suggests the presence of a considerable number of significantly different points of view. The disputes of domestic historians, in particular, on the quantitative parameters of these problems, in our opinion, are explained not only by various calculation methods, partly by the protection of departmental interests, but also by the lack of comprehensive statistical data. Obviously, it could not have been in a different way, given the scale of the tests to which the Soviet Union was subjected in 1941-1945.

RUSSIANS (The materials for the Encyclopedia "Peoples and Cultures of the Kuban")

The article is a material for the forthcoming encyclopedic publication on ethnos and ethnic groups of the Krasnodar Territory. The author traces the formation of ethnographic groups of Russians, adaptation into the ethnocultural space of the region, a change of identities, and features of cultural heritage in the 19th-20th centuries. The expansion of the ethnocultural influence of Russians on the development of the region is noted to take place with the active support of the Russian government. At the same time, the Kuban Cossack army successfully realized the strategic task of the military-political and cultural advancement of Russia's national interests in the Kuban. However, the social confrontation caused by the Civil War, repressions, expulsions, and famine of 1932-1933 led to a reduction in the number and ethnic status of the Kuban Cossacks in the region. The article also reveals the peculiarities of the formation and development of the ethno-territorial and ethno-confessional structure of the Russian society of the Kuban and the Black Sea region. The dynamics of transformation of ethnodemographic processes in the region are analyzed in detail. It is concluded that under conditions of the worsening demographic crisis and the deformation of the ethnoidentification matrix, a need arises to turn to the constructive experience of traditional society.

HISTORIOGRAPHY OF LIFE AND CREATIVITY OF SH. NOGMOV: BASIC VECTORS OF DEVELOPMENT

To date, there are many studies devoted to the life and work of the first Adyghe historian Sh. Nogmov. His creativity and activities are multifaceted, therefore they are studied by specialists of different sciences. This article presents an overview of the experience of studying the life and work of Sh. Nogmov. The beginning of the study is noted to be laid in pre-revolutionary historiography. Sh. Nogmov's first biographer was his publisher A.P. Bergers, largely determined the further direction of the study of this issue. But the development of the problems planned by Bergers fully began only in the 1940s. The authors identified the main directions in the development of the study devoted to Sh. Nogmov: biographical, philological, folklore, historical, socio-political and educational. In the framework of historical area, the source base study of "The History of the Adyghe People" is allocated. Within each direction, the most developed problems and issues requiring further study are identified. Controversial are, for example, such issues as the attitude of Sh. Nogmov to Christianity, the fact of his acquaintance with A.S. Pushkin and M.Yu. Lermontov. The researchers who have made the greatest contribution to the development of this direction are also indicated. The authors emphasize that the generalization of such a number of publications, of course, is conditional. Many studies are difficult to attribute to only one of the highlighted areas, most often they cover several of them or even all. In addition, the analysis of the historiographical review undertaken by S.N. Zhemukhov is given. He distinguishes memoir, historical, philological, critical and philosophical directions. The authors of this article emphasize that the allocation of the memoir direction by S.N. Zhemukhov is not sufficiently justified. The creators of the memoirs did not set the goal to study personality and views of Sh.B. Nogmov, they recorded their impressions and reflections, so the memoirs are only one source of Sh.B. Nogmov’s research, but not one of directions of its development.

The social nature of the periodical press implies mass media, the presence of a developed, mature, nationally (state) oriented social base. The social nature of the press, especially at the beginning of its development, is characterized by the emergence of visible elements of civil society in it. In the modern world, the importance of information, means of information influence of various nature on the population is growing. Naturally, with creation of political parties, the approval of ideological diversity and change of economic formation of society, periodicals and journalism lose the initial functions of informing, dissemination of information, education and upbringing and turn into means of opposition, distortion of historic facts and events, conducting hybrid (dirty) wars, processings public consciousness, introduction of numerous phobias including russophobia, and throw-in of false (fake) news. In this regard, it is important to consider all events (heroic and tragic) of the twentieth century in Russia as an organic part of national (domestic) history. This is also directly related to the history of Soviet journalism, as well as the emergence and development of the mass movement of workers’ and rural (public) correspondents. This unique phenomenon should be assessed as a socio-historical and sociocultural phenomenon. Suffice it to say that the movement of workers’ and rural correspondents in the Soviet periodicals numbered about seven million representatives of all segments of the population - workers, peasants, scientists, teachers, doctors, cultural workers, military personnel, students and pupils. Moreover, two thirds of them were in Russia.

The article analyzes the peculiarities of interaction between authorities and society in Russia in the face of the immediate global risk caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Particular attention is paid to the importance of creating transparency of power in crisis conditions. The authors note that building an effective interaction between society and state power provides for the formation of an effective system for informing and protecting the interests of citizens affected by the crisis and various restrictive measures introduced to counter the spread of mass infection. Transparency of power is defined as a state of high awareness of the activities of public authorities at all levels, contributing to the formation of a sense of citizen ownership of state policies, a high level of trust in power institutions. MULTIVARIANCE OF GENDER SOCIOROLE RELATIONS IN CONTEXT OF CULTURAL PARADIGM SHIFT: BASED ON MATERIAL OF ADYG CULTURE (CIRCASSIANS)

This article deals with the problem of the dependence of gender relations in society on the confessional and historical context. This problem has been little studied and needs further investigation. The main focus here is on the influence of Islam on the formation of a new type of gender relations in Adyg society and, as a result, their manifestation in everyday life, traditional and post-traditional culture. Based on a retrospective analysis of the spiritual life of the Adygs, the author gives a generalized description of the main rituals preserved in their everyday culture and reveals the processes of interaction between religious culture and ethnic cultural substrate. In particular, it is noted that the adoption of Islam transformed not only the nature of sociorole relations between a man and a woman, but also the ritual system of the Adygs. However, if in the funeral rite the Muslim canon turned out to be dominant, then in the wedding rite its influence was limited only to the procedure for registering a marriage contract. It is concluded that in the process of Islamization of the North Caucasus, there was no complete deconstruction of traditional gender relations in Adyg society.

    HISTORICAL PSEUDOMORPHOSIS: OPPORTUNITIES AND PERSPECTIVES

The author of the article actualizes the O. Spengler’s concept of historical pseudomorphosis and considers it as an object of study. Historical pseudomorphosis is interpreted as a specific form of interaction of cultures, and plays one of the leading roles in the process of historical development of Russia. The subject of the study is the historical pseudomorphosis of Russia. The purpose of the article is as follows: after analyzing the Russian historical path through the prism of this concept, the author gives answers to questions: what are pseudomorphoses for a perceptive culture - success or failure? Is it possible to harmoniously develop a culture that has undergone historical pseudomorphoses? Answering these questions, the author concludes that the result of the influence of pseudomorphoses on culture directly depends on the degree of assimilation and transformation to the needs of the recipient culture of borrowed meanings and contents. It is argued that historical pseudomorphoses, causing destructive changes in various sociocultural systems, can also generate constructive transformations that affect all spheres of life of Russian society and increase its level of adaptation to a globalizing world.

REVIEW OF THE COLLECTIVE MONOGRAPH "GENDER DETERMINATION BY ETHNIC FACTOR: CAUCASUS DISCOURSE. M.: SPUTNIK + PUBLISHING HOUSE, 2019. 134 P." Team of authors: Kh.G. Tkhagapsoev, A.Yu. Shadzhe, N.A. Ilyinova, E.S. Kukva, Z.Ch.Taukanova. Monograph is rec

The peer-reviewed monograph analyzes the features of the evolution and development of gender relations in the North Caucasus. By using an interdisciplinary approach in understanding the causal conditionality of gender transformations, the author's team identified universal and specific factors that determine the transformation of gender in the socio-historical space of the region. Through the reconstruction of the experience of gender interactions in traditional North Caucasus society, the most stable stereotypes of their representation in a globalizing world are identified. Ethnic identity is the main determinant of maintaining the authenticity of gender models that reproduce moral and institutional norms. The latter is responsible for the "positive" preservation of the basic elements of ethnogender communications, among which the sectoral structure of the ethnic community, the "vector orientation of marriage," the sacralization of the status dominance of the "elder" and the prohibition of sexual marriage through blood-related relations are distinguished. However, the profound changes in regional society caused by the forced export of Western values, the marginalization of the relationship between men and women, the total feminization of all spheres of social life provoked a gender inversion. It radically modified the system of status-role dispositions of ethnic groups of the North Caucasus and turned into an instrument for their adaptation to the dynamics of post-modern transformations.

Implementation of social policy in budget-subsidized regions: problems and development guidelines

The relevance of the topic of this article is due to the fact that improving the level and quality of life of the population and, in general, solving its social problems is a key target for the activities of the authorities and administration of any region. At the same time, the modern socio-economic development of Russia and its regions in conditions of instability caused by a complex of external and internal factors necessitates the use of special approaches at the regional level to solve the social problems of the population. Note, first of all, that the target for the regional financial management system is to achieve a balanced budget, while financial transfers directed to cover the regional budget deficit can be an effective tool. Their role is especially important for the budget-deficit regions of the South of Russia, however, it should be noted that the focus on receiving transfers in many cases generates a certain inaction of regional authorities in terms of finding sources of financing for social programs and their effective use.

Processes of localization of economic space in the zones of influence of large cities

One of the main and most pronounced processes of changes in the regional economic space is the process of formation of local zones of economic development around large cities. Providing a concentration of production, labor resources and finance, cities are the most important economic points for the development of the regional economy. At the same time, the own economic development of cities has a multidirectional impact on the development of the surrounding territories, causing the formation of sub regional economic zones with a different profile and vector of economic development. The article, based on materials from the Dinskoy District of the Krasnodar Territory, examines the issues of changing the regional economic space and its localization in rural areas affected by a large city (Krasnodar). The changes identified and described in the article in the local economy of a rural area indicate only the partial involvement of rural areas in the orbit of the economic development of the city, as well as numerous internal transformations of the rural economy, which raises the question of assessing the ongoing processes of localization of economic space in the zones of influence of large cities.

Implementation tools for the strategy of socio-economic development of the region of the depressive type

The article reveals the territorial features of the strategic management of the socio-economic development of the region of the depressive type. The strategic directions and tasks of the socio-economic development of the Republic of Adygea, the features of the system of strategic management of the development of this subject of the Russian Federation are highlighted. The key tools for the implementation of the Strategy of socio-economic development of the Republic of Adygea until 2030 are disclosed, including documents of strategic planning and programming. Particular attention is paid to the potential of state programs, regional projects, cluster structures and mechanisms of public-private partnership in the modernization of the economy of the Republic of Adygea. It is emphasized that the orientation of the administration of the region of a depressive type to the resources of federal target programs with a lack of practice of corporate co-financing of projects to a certain extent reduces the interest in diversifying the economy, increasing the competitiveness of priority industries through the implementation of an innovative scenario, which preserves the subsidization of the region. The prospects for the strategic development of the Republic of Adygea are largely associated with the attraction of corporate investors and the implementation of effective models of public-private partnership.

Ctrends in the development of the world market of milk and dairy products

The article is devoted to the analysis of the world market of milk and dairy products, identifying key trends and features of the development of this industry in various countries. Milk and dairy products are the most consumed products both in Russia and around the world, which makes it necessary to conduct this study. The development of the dairy industry is influenced by global trends (economic, technological, political, value, etc.), which in turn shape the future of the industry. The study revealed that the driver of the production of milk and dairy products in the world was the growth of demand for them in developing countries due to an increase in the population and an increase in the level of socio-economic development. At the same time, in European countries, milk production is restrained by a small growth rate in its consumption and the reorientation of demand to low-calorie products, as well as to its vegetable analogues. It is worth noting that in the US and EU, the increase in production is due to increased productivity of cows (intensive production), and in India and China – mainly due to an increase in livestock (extensive production). The EEU countries have significant export potential for milk and dairy products, as their domestic markets are close to saturation. A distinctive feature is that the predominant share of these countries exports is sent to the post-Soviet space. For example, the main consumer of Belarusian milk and dairy products is Russia. The trade war between the US and China opens up new opportunities for Russia and Kazakhstan (if their own market is saturated) to export dairy products to China and other countries in Southeast Asia. To do this, Russia needs to improve the productivity of livestock and profitability of production based on the best practices of foreign experience.

RELATION OF RESPONSIBLE DEPENDENCE AS A DETERMINANT OF FORMATION OF COLLECTIVE SUBJECT IN CADETS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS

The professional activity of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs poses certain requirements for both personal and professional qualities. Among the most significant of them, the authors include communicativity, stress resistance, the ability to work in a team, logical thinking, mnemic abilities, physical and mental fitness, and coherence of joint actions. The ability to work coherently, responsibly in a team is the most significant quality and core basis for the formation of a collective subject of professional activity. The collective subject of professional activity is defined as an integrative characteristic of the team, as the ability to act as a holistic cohesive, responsible subject. It is emphasized that the formation of a collective subject is possible only when professional values become personal values for each member of the team and everyone becomes responsible not only for his actions, but also for the actions of members of the team. The determinant of the formation of a collective subject is the formed relationship of responsible dependence, which implies that all members have a responsible attitude towards each other, understanding and accepting their role in the team, respect for the opinion of each and the decision made by the team, and the decision made by the team, in turn, is a guide to action. Despite the importance of this professional quality, the authors point out that its formation is not given due attention. The formation of a relationship of responsible dependence as a determinant of the formation of a collective subject should be carried out in disciplines of a professional orientation, using modern pedagogical technologies and taking into account the mental characteristics of modern cadets.

PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-ASSESSMENT OF MOTOR CAPABILITIES IN OLDER PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

The intellectual development of preschoolers is a priority at the present time in the theory and practice of Russian preschool education. In this regard, sedentary activities prevail in the educational environment of a preschool institution, as a result of which children experience a "motor deficit," that is, the number of movements they make during the day is lower than the recommended age standards and requirements for organizing motor activity. As the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and modern software of preschool education showed, the weak realization of the developing possibilities of motor potential in preschoolers is one of the negative phenomena of both new and traditional preschool education systems. One of the reasons for this situation is the lack of understanding and disregard by the authors of modern programs of psychological and physiological mechanisms that condition the relationship of spiritual and physical in the holistic development of the personality. The content of the programs does not indicate the areas of activity to increase the self-consciousness of the preschool, which help each child adequately evaluate his/her abilities, personal qualities and productively engage in independent activities. A theoretical study of the problem of developing self-esteem of preschoolers made it possible to establish that the identification of pedagogical conditions that determine the success of the process of forming self-esteem of the motor capabilities of preschool children reveals the trajectories of targeted pedagogical influences on the process of its formation and determines the status of self-esteem as an important regulator of child behavior. The developed author's program includes a number of thematic game-modeling exercises reflecting the content of the child's knowledge of the culture of physique and body location in space, providing the opportunity to acquire methods and experience of the culture of body location in space. Classes are held with alternation of intellectual, cognitive and training types as follows: the content of material about the structure of one's organism precedes the familiarization of children with the values of physique culture, the knowledge gained in intellectual, cognitive and play classes is fixed in training classes. As a result of the analysis of literature and pedagogical reflection of our own experience in forming a self-assessment of the motor capabilities of preschoolers, we have identified and grouped the most significant pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of this process.

THE PRINCIPLE OF CONTINUITY IN THE FORMATION OF THE I-CONCEPT OF HEALTHY PERSONALITY IN PRESCHOOLERS AND YOUNGER SCHOOLCHILDREN

The article explores one of the ways how to solve the problem of ensuring the continuity of the physical and mental health of children at the stages of preschool and primary school education. Continuity as a didactic principle reveals the essential characteristics and trajectories of the development of the basic elements of the learning and upbringing process and represents the interrelated activity of adjacent educational systems. This activity ensures the successful mental and personal development of the child, his smooth adaptation to new learning conditions. In the context of the research problem, the possibility of using the pedagogical potential of the self-concept in the formation of the physical and mental health of students is of particular interest. As a basis in our study, the definition formulated by C. Rogers was taken, who believes that the self-concept includes the person's ideas about his own qualities and abilities, about the possibilities of organizing positive interaction with other people and with the world around him. We have established that despite the obvious empirical facts proving the influence of the I-concept of the child on his general development and state of health, the problem of purposeful development of a positive I-concept of a healthy personality of preschoolers has not been developed. To build and successfully implement the pedagogical process of forming the self-concept of a healthy personality, the author's program was developed, the content of the targeted, meaningful, active and effective blocks of the program was determined and disclosed. Based on the results of developed tests and selected personal parameters, the level of formation of physical and mental health of children was determined, and the effectiveness of the author's program was concluded. The data of the survey of teachers of the preschooler institutions and primary school, acting as experts before and after the experimental work, are reflected in Tables No. 2 and No. 3. The data of the Tables indicate that as a result of the study, the level of formation of the components of the self-concept of a healthy personality among preschoolers and younger schoolchildren became higher after a year of classes under the author's program. This indicates that the pedagogical tools we have proposed are more effective than those generally accepted.

PROBLEM AND WAYS OF IMPLEMENTING THE COMPETENCY-BASED APPROACH IN FUTURE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER TRAINING IN CONDITIONS OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION STANDARDIZATION

The article reveals the scientific views of the authors how to solve the problem of implementing a competency-based approach in the training of the future teacher of physical education in the conditions of standardization of higher professional education. The need to implement state educational and professional standards in the activities of educational institutions has actualized the search for effective technological solutions for the design of content, the development of modern forms and methods for the professional training of pedagogical personnel, including teachers of physical education. The difficulties in implementing the standard of basic general education are largely due to the insufficient study of the formation and implementation of the professional competencies of the future teacher of physical education in the process of his professional training at the university, as well as the poor use of pedagogical innovations in organizing the physical culture of schoolchildren. Our analysis of the problem situation shows that the reasons for its occurrence are: the low level of readiness of physical education teachers to design and implement the educational process in innovative forms; lack of understanding by teachers of the importance of mastering the theoretical and applied aspects of the concept of continuous physical and sports education of schoolchildren, the low level of professional readiness of teachers for productive pedagogical interaction with colleagues, school administration, students and parents of schoolchildren in the process of implementing the content of educational programs and innovative technologies in the field of physical education; weak development of diagnostic tools for assessing the formation of professional competencies of physical education teachers and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of approaches to its development. In this regard, the purpose of our study is to identify, scientifically substantiate, test the conceptual model and effective organizational and pedagogical conditions for implementing a competency-based approach in the preparation of a future teacher of physical education. The object of the study is the training of the future teacher of physical education at the university. The subject of the study is the process of forming the professional competencies of physical education teachers in the conditions of education standardization. The following were chosen as theoretical methods of research: study and analysis of special literature, dissertations, analysis of program and regulatory documents, analysis and generalization of experience, comparison and systematization of scientific data on the problem of research, etc. As empirical methods of research, the following were used: included observation, conversation, survey, questionnaire, interview, expert assessment, Delphi method, and pedagogical experiment. The conceptual model developed and implemented in the educational process of the Nevinnomyssky Humane and Technical Institute for the development of professional competencies of future teachers of physical education in the context of the introduction of educational standards shows high efficiency, as evidenced by a positive increase in the level of development of student competencies. During the study, the authors identified and experimentally confirmed a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the development of professional competencies of future teachers of physical education in the conditions of education standardization.

METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF STYLE CHARACTERISTICS IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF FUTURE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHER

The search for ways to improve the quality of modern pedagogical education actualizes the study of the potential of methodological approaches that provide a scientific justification for the principles of designing content, pedagogical designing and implementing pedagogical technologies for training future teachers, as well as monitoring the effectiveness of specific organizational and educational actions of the teacher and student. In the context of the implementation of the principle of individualization, the development of the style characteristics in the professional activities of future teachers of a foreign language is of significant scientific interest. The analysis of scientific literature made it possible to give an authors’ interpretation of a number of related modern methodological approaches. The study of the pedagogical possibilities of implementing methodological approaches in teacher training allows us to conclude that their common basis is the knowledge, personal-activity, humanistic-oriented, axiological, cultural, acmeological, project-technological, individual-creative, competent, and position-role paradigms. Their integration into one functional group forms the universal paradigmatic approach. Orientation in professional training to the main provisions of methodological approaches makes it possible to ensure that the future teacher has a high level of mastery of subject training, indicates ways to form style characteristics of professional activity, develops creative individuality, and creates prerequisites for an adequate relationship between objective requirements of professional activity and personality properties. In order to identify the feasibility of using the pedagogical potential of methodological approaches in the formation and development of style characteristics in the professional activity of a future foreign language teacher, the authors of the article conducted a series of methodological seminars for teachers of foreign languages of a pedagogical university. For fourth year students - bachelors and undergraduates of the faculty of foreign philology, they included topics in the content of the academic discipline "Methodology and Methods of Scientific Research", revealing features of the implementation of methodological approaches in the methodology of teaching a foreign language. The obtained results confirm the importance of taking into account the possibilities of methodological approaches in designing the development of individual style characteristics of the professional activity of a future foreign language teacher in the context of requirements for the quality of modern education.

MODEL DESIGN FOR OPTIMIZATION OF TRAINING SYSTEM FOR MILITARY AVIATION UNIVERSITY CADETS

At present, the development of the Russian system of military education is largely determined by the processes of democratization, humanization, standardization, informatization, digitalization and technologization in our country. The main criterion for the quality of educational activities of military universities is the fulfillment of the requirements of the Federal State Higher Education Standard (FSHES) and the Qualification Requirements for Military Professional Training of Graduates of Military Universities. However, there is a need to develop new approaches to the organization of military professional training due to the introduction in the practice of military universities of requirements to implement the FSHES and because of a reduction in the amount of time allocated for training students in military professional disciplines. In the current situation, research aimed at optimizing the professional training of cadets of military aviation universities is gaining special relevance. The optimization of military vocational training is currently one of the significant problems of military education. Its meaning is to bring the educational process to the best quality indicators of performance through a focused pedagogical impact on its basic parameters and indicators. To identify promising areas of optimization, we studied the structure and functional components of the existing pedagogical system of military professional training, revealed its shortcomings, and showed the advantages. During the experimental work carried out in 2016 through 2020 on the basis of the Krasnodar Higher Military University of Pilots, it has been established that the implementation in the model of all requirements for the level of training of students is the basis for the effective organization of the educational process for military-professional training of future military aviation specialists.

PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF LEARNING AND COGNITIVE ACTIVITY IN CADETS OF MILITARY SCHOOLS

The reform of the domestic military education system directs military universities to organize work to improve the quality of military-professional training, which involves a significant activation of the learning and cognitive activities of the cadet. One of the significant tasks of organizing the educational process of a military university is to create optimal pedagogical conditions for the development of the learning and cognitive activities of cadets by forming individual activity of cadets in achieving the goals of professional training. The solution of this problem is directly connected with the teacher, with his creative activity in managing the attention and interests of cadets in all types of classes, managing the cognitive needs and emotional mood of students, using positive factors (personal qualities and pedagogical culture) to activate the learning and cognitive activities of cadets. The generalization of the experience of leading teachers of military universities allowed the authors of the article to identify pedagogical conditions for organizing the learning and cognitive activity of cadets. Based on the analysis and generalization of the results of the control of methodological classes, the questionnaire "Teacher Through the Eyes of a Cadet”, and the generalization of the experience of the best teachers at the Krasnodar Higher Military University in 2018-2020, the main methodological techniques and methods of activating the work of cadets at all stages of the lesson were developed and implemented. Their skillful use by teachers in conducting educational work will significantly increase the effectiveness of the training process for cadets. It has been established that the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the learning and cognitive activity of cadets identified and tested in practice allow us to intensify the learning activities of cadets, and to strengthen the importance of the organizational, gnostical and communicative components of the professional development of the personality of the future officer. The implementation of these conditions in the educational process of a military university will ensure the high efficiency of the learning activities of cadets in achieving intermediate and final goals of military professional training.

FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION IN STUDENTS OF SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN CONDITIONS OF UNPROFESSIONALLY MOTIVATED CHOICE OF SPECIALTY

The relevance of the study arises from the need to resolve the contradiction: to implement the requirements imposed by the state for the level of training of a specialist in conditions of unprofessional (random) choice by some students of an educational institution and specialty. The purpose of the study is to disclose the factors of the formation of professional motivation in students of the Divnomorsk Branch of the Non-State Accredited Non-Profit Private Professional Educational Institution “North Caucasus Technical School “Knowledge” and the unprofessional (random) motives for admission of students to the educational institution. It is postulated that with understanding and taking into account the conditions that contribute to the development of professional motivation among students, it is possible to carry out not only targeted activities to form it, but also create an internal educational environment fostering the development of professional motivation of its members. At the same time, the determination of factors that negatively affect the formation of professional motivation (risk factors) provides an understanding of why efforts to solve this problem do not always give the expected result. The research methods include analysis of the regulatory framework of the Russian education system, questionnaire of students and their parents, psychological analysis, and monitoring of the effectiveness of the educational process. As a result of the study, the authors arrived at conclusions about which components of targeted psychological and pedagogical activity became factors of professional motivation. This is the most important condition for the professional and personal formation of a young person, a condition for the success of the secondary vocational education system. Factors of unprofessional (random) choice were also identified, which, both for the students themselves and for the vocational educational environment of the technical school, turned into risk factors.

PROBLEM - METHODOLOGICAL PRESENTATION OF LECTURE CONTENT AS A PROPEDEUTIC STAGE OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN A CONTEMPORARY UNIVERSITY

The article substantiates the relevance of the issue of problem-methodological structuring and presentation of the lecture content in terms of the quality of education. The publication justifies the authors’ understanding of the essence of the quality of education from the point of view of the cultural theory of the content of education, the need for recognition, the priority of this theory over the competency approach in improving the quality of education at the university. The criteria for the quality of education are given. The authors offer levels and didactic techniques of methodologization of lecture content presentation. The relevance of strengthening the role of such principles in higher education as the principle of critical saturation and critical correctness of the lecture content, the frequency of inclusion of trainees in critical analysis and assessment of the issues considered in it is proved. Without this it is not possible to form such a universal competence among students and graduate students, as a capacity for critical and systemic thinking, for critical analysis and evaluation. Since the article is addressed to novice teachers, the possibilities of methodologization of lecture material are considered, starting from the stage of presenting the title of the lecture topic. The need for the teacher to demonstrate the culture of didactic problem-methodological question-taking is argued, in connection with which the role, essence and types of didactic technique, the relationship between the concepts of "method" and "technique of training," techniques for activating the mental and emotional value activities of students, as well as techniques for carrying out operational feedback and syncreticism of the first and second are revealed. An example list of techniques-questions for mini-dialogue aimed at the methodology and problematic presentation of the material is considered, as well as didactic techniques aimed at implementing the principles of problematic and methodological learning in the course of lecturing as factors for improving the quality of education; essence of these principles and their role in implementation of operational feedback are disclosed. And finally conclusions are proposed.

SYNERGETIC APPROACH TO QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF SECONDARY PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Improving the efficiency and quality of educational management for the system of modern secondary professional education (SPE) requires new approaches that meet the requested requirements of society. One of such approaches is synergetic. The synergetic approach is actively studied by scientists and, in particular, scientists - teachers. Synergetics as a new direction in science is based on the concept of systematics, analysis of behavior of complex systems of various nature. Its main characteristics are complexity, openness, dynamism, nonlinearity and self-organization. The system of modern SPE of the Russian Federation can be reduced to the image of a polyhedral complex, which can be considered from the point of view of synergy, since in its environment there are interrelated processes of both learning and self-learning, education and self-education, upbringing and self-improvement, etc. The current model of education quality management of the SPE is not effective, first of all, because of its strict excessive regulation, as well as energy intensity and technocracy, which, in turn, was determined by closeness. Based on our research, it can be assumed that these highlighted hard faces and shortcomings can be overcome and corrected by applying the methods characteristic of the synergetic approach and related aspects. Based on the concept of synergy and its approaches, we can differentiate the main indicators of self-organization and self-development, on which it is advisable to focus in monitoring the educational environment of the SPE: productivity, optimality, dialogue, conceptuality and be guided by the principles: openness, activity, freedom of choice, reality of "energy" output, focus on self-development, etc. The synergetic approach in education reveals internal mechanisms and resources for the application of optimal managerial measures to solve the problems of improvement and self-development, which is fully applicable to the SPE system.

A MODEL OF PEDAGOGICAL PREVENTION OF SOCIAL INFANTILISM IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

The article describes a developed model which provides a systematic organization of the process of pedagogical prevention of social infantilism in students through the development of social maturity in specially created pedagogical conditions. For this purpose, a mechanism for preventing social infantilism was developed, reflecting the impact of pedagogical conditions on positive and negative factors, as well as directly on the development of the qualities of a socially mature person. In addition, the model provides for directions and stages of pedagogical prevention with appropriate forms, methods, means, content of pedagogical activities and activities of students in self-education and self-development. Taking into account the orientation of the simulated system to the positions of personal, nature-like approaches, and the need for quantitative data (indicators) pointing to the degree of effectiveness of the pedagogical process, as well as allowing for the current correction of activities, we identified in the procedural plan the diagnostic stages (first - input diagnostics and final - final diagnostics) and diagnostic blocks of the main stages. The developed model describes the prevention process using five blocks: target-oriented, design, methodological, procedural-methodological, and evaluation-effective. In accordance with the presented model, the neutralization of the factors for the development of social infantilism in students is carried out both directly and by updating the factors for the formation of social maturity of the individual, for which special pedagogical conditions are purposefully created within the framework of the holistic socio-developing educational environment of the university. Its effectiveness is determined by the degree of compliance of the diagnosed personality qualities of students with the criteria using the developed diagnostic complex.

NALCHIK MUSIC SCHOOL – THE FIRST STEP OF PROFESSIONAL MUSIC EDUCATION IN KABARDINO-BALKARIA

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of the formation and development of professional music education in Kabardino-Balkaria based on a study of the history of the creation and functioning of the first professional music educational institution – the Nalchik Music College (NMC). The relevance of the study is dictated by the fact that so far there are no separate studies on musical culture, in particular, on the history of the formation and development of musical art of such a significant Russian region as the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR). To a lesser extent, music education and the processes of its formation are studied on a regional scale. This circumstance initiated an appeal to a topic, the results of which, in our opinion, can complement and expand scientific research in the field of musical culture of Kabardino-Balkaria and the Russian Federation as a whole. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time it studies the history of a musical educational institution, which has become the first stage in the formation of professional musical education in the KBR. The article contains important details and aspects of the development of this educational institution, which influenced the process of formation of the musical education system of the studied region. The main content of the study is a detailed retrospective and comparative historical analysis of the departments and activities of NMC. The theoretical significance is that the study of the issues of the formation of the musical education of Kabardino-Balkaria in the historical and cultural aspect provides the opportunity for further research in the field of cultural studies, art history, musicology, sociology, etc. The research results contain information that may be useful in historical, ethnocultural and spiritual studies of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. They can serve as an aid in the study of the education system of the Russian Federation as a whole and professional music education in particular.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR FORMATION OF CONSTRUCTIVE PARENTAL POSITION IN FATHERS OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN CONDITIONS OF SCHOOL AND FAMILY INTERACTION

The article discusses the issues of organizational and technological support for formation of a constructive parental position in fathers of high school students in conditions of school and family interaction. The authors give an analytical review of psychological and pedagogical research on the problem, a working definition of the concept of "constructive parental position of fathers of high school students", which means the systemic education of his personality, reflecting the father's attitude to fatherhood as a social phenomenon, to himself as a parent, the attitude towards a teenage child and the relation with a teenage child, and the attitude towards school and the process of teaching a teenager. Ways of interaction between the family and the school in the process of forming a constructive parental position of fathers are proposed. The publication describes a model for forming a constructive parent position of fathers, which contains a target component, a content and functional organization of interaction with fathers of trainees, as well as methods of achieving them. The results of experimental work in the experimental sample are presented. In particular, in the course of experimental work, it has been found that more than half of the fathers who took part in the pedagogical experiment changed their position towards their teenage children and their teachers. There have been statistically significant positive changes in the attitude of fathers towards their paternal role and intra-family functions, towards themselves as a parent of an older adolescent, towards his child studying in high school, to his teachers and to school-family interaction in general. The readiness of fathers to participate in the educational process both in school and in the family has increased: the enhanced moral responsibility, emotional rejection, abuse, evasion of breeding, dominant and condoning hyperprotection. At the end of the formative experiment, adolescents also changed the assessments of their fathers as parents: high school students, due to the participation of their parents in the pedagogical experiment, became more satisfied with the relationship between them and their fathers; father's authority, his proximity to a teenager, teenagers' perception of distance and emotional proximity in the teenage father system have increased.

DESIGN OF SIMULATED TRAININGS ON SIMULATOR WHEN TEACHING MARITIME ENGLISH

In the context of implementing a competency-based approach in education, simulators are a perfect tool for training and evaluating activities. An important advantage of such training is the realistic but safe practice of working out not only standard, but also emergency situations in conditions of quasi-professional activity. The article considers the problem of designing simulation trainings on simulators in order to prepare a marine specialist for effective professional communication in a foreign-language professional environment, reveals the main stages of designing simulation trainings on the simulator, and gives the results of their application. According to the requirements of the International Maritime Convention, the high development of the communication skills of students is a prerequisite for the successful solution of professional tasks. This served as the basis for the authors to develop the technology for designing simulation trainings on modern simulators in situations of professional foreign language communication. The authors’ technology takes into account the possibilities of using computer support in the course of mastering standard and emergency situations of professional interaction in English. During the experimental work carried out in 2017-2020 on the basis of Admiral F.F. Ushakov State Maritime University, the capabilities of existing computer simulators, basic and mobile computer systems, network, information, communication and cloud technologies were widely used in the process of training in professional Maritime English. This made it possible to apply the elements of distance learning at all stages of the training of the cadet, to ensure high-quality feedback and to organize the educational process. The results of the study and the indicators of the final certification of cadets confirm our assumption about the effectiveness of simulated training on a simulator, which allows transferring language material from the field of training to quasi-professional activities. On the basis of the above, it can be concluded that in the context of a competency-based approach, exercise training is an extremely effective tool for building the professional foreign-language competence of a future marine specialist.

Features of humor and satire in the work of the Circassian writer Safarbi Khapantsev

For the first time, the article considers the humorous and satirical works of S. Khapantsev in order to study their poetic identity, topics, genre forms and structural-style features of stories and essays that influenced the formation of Circassian prose. In 2013, the author of the article published the monograph “Adyghe Literature: Humor and Satire”, which, for technical reasons, did not include the works of a talented comedian, so this article fills this gap. Particular attention is paid to the writer’s innovation, his creative personality, as well as to the writer’s skills. Original epithets, comparisons, and other expressive means of the author are highlighted. The humorous works of S. Khapantsev, embodied in the form of a short story, are considered separately, although the author does not distinguish them. The historical, sociological and comparative-typological methods used in the work help analyze the writer's work in the context of artistic and aesthetic searches of Adyghe literature and draw conclusions about the role and significance of humor and satire in the development of national prose. The work contributes to solving problems related to the evolution of the literary process, the formation of genres and styles. The results of the study can be used in the practice of Adyghe schools and universities in the region.

    I. Turgenev’s prose poetry in literary criticism of China

The main purpose of this article is to study the process of exploring poems in prose of I. Turgenev by Chinese writers. The content of the study is an analysis of the views of Chinese scientists at different stages, and comparison of the theme and form of such works as "Threshold", "The Beggar" and "A Menial Worker and Kid-Glove" of the Russian writer with analogical works of the Chinese famous modern writer Lu Xin. The author of this study shows that the incorrect translation at a certain stage caused the incorrect interpretation of the literary text by Chinese researchers and reminds us once again that the accuracy of the translation and respect for the original text are the main requirements for studying foreign literature. The analysis shows that Turgenev’s works stimulated the creation of the "poem in prose" genre in the Chinese literary world, and strongly influenced the work of Chinese writers of the twentieth century. The article summarizes new material on the studied topic, which will help readers better understand the meaning of Turgenev's works, and thereby gain greater distribution outside of Russia.

The specifics of expressing the crisis of sociocultural self-identification of Russia in the cycle of I.S. Turgenev "Senilia. Poems in prose"

The "Senilia" cycle was first considered in the context of the traditions of the form of the fragment ascending to romanticism and the decadent world perception, correlated with the existential crisis of the later I.S. Turgenev. On the basis of systemic, typological and semiotic methods of research, an interpretation of the poetics of the cycle as a system of leitmotifs is proposed, in which the motive of the secret purpose of the Russian people has conceptual significance, expressing Turgenev’s vision of the crisis of sociocultural self-determination of Russia. Such an approach significantly enriches the interpretation of the writing position of I.S. Turgenev as a "Russian European", which constitutes scientific and practical significance, and the genre of poems in prose, which synthesized the traditions of romantic poetics and decadence, has become a harmonious form for expressing not only the existential crisis of the author's identity, but also the crisis of self-determination of Russia and Russian man.

The depiction of the theme of man and nature in the Adyghe poetry of the 1960-1980s

This study examines the peculiarities of the formation and development of the Adyghe lyric poetry of the 1960-1980s and the reflection of the theme of man and nature in it. The authors analyze the peculiarity of problems, conflict and genre features of the works of I.Mashbash, Kh. Beretar, K. Kumpilov, N. Kuek, R. Nekhay, N. Bagov, etc. The structural and style features of poems caused by changes in public consciousness are established, and the features of a new stage of the literary process are formulated: increased problematicity, deepening of psychological analysis, and a movement towards a variety of poetic means. The historical, literary and comparative-typological methods used in the work make it possible to argue the conclusions that national poetry reflects the typological features of domestic literature - liberation from dogmatic ideas when reflecting traditional themes and the search for new structural-style forms. The scientific and theoretical significance of the work is that it contributes to solving the problems of the evolution of various genres of poetry. Practical significance lies in the possibility of its application in the study of the history of literature and in the development of various teaching manuals.

Counting rhymes in the folk games of Altaians

The paper examines the features of counting rhymes as a genre of game folklore of Altaians. Different versions of folk terminology, the history of the study and fixation of texts are considered. For the first time an attempt is undertaken to systematize them in accordance with the classification proposed by G.S. Vinogradov. As a research methodology, an analysis of texts was used, which made it possible to identify two groups of counting rhymes in Altai folk games: counting rhymes-replacements and counting rhymes-numbers. The work identifies methods of maintaining accounts, considers poetic techniques, functions, that counting rhymes perform as part of folk games, and also analyzes text options. A comparison of the counting rhymes in the Altai game folklore with similar texts in the folklore of other nations shows similarities, both in composition and in content. Considerable attention is paid to the lexical composition of counting rhymes. Thematic groups of words, that are associated with the life and work of the people, are determined. This study was carried out by using folklore materials stored in the Scientific Archive of the Research Institute of Altaistics named after S.S.Surazakov, scientific works and previously published folklore texts, as well as field materials of the author, received from carriers of Altai culture. The results of the study can be applied in researches on folk games.

Storyteller K.B. Muchkaeva and her narrative heritage

This paper presents the material about Kalmyk storyteller K.B. Muchkaeva and her repertoire, collected in preparation for the folklore research expedition in the regions of the Republic of Kalmykia under the guidance of Professor E.E. Khabunova and its direct implementation (2008-2018). In the current realities of globalization, there are processes leading to the extinction of the original culture of small peoples and their folklore traditions. In this regard, work aimed at identifying and preserving the unique heritage of masters of storytelling art of the small peoples of Russia is especially valuable and important. Interviews conducted as part of field studies made it possible to identify the names of previously unknown masters of Kalmyk fairy tale art and fix their repertoire. This seems especially valuable in the framework of preserving national folklore traditions and interesting for introduction into scientific circulation and further research. During the field work, it has been found that the repertoire of the storyteller K.B. Muchkaeva mainly consists of works of religious and cult content.

Modern PR - technologies for creating a political image

The goal of this study is to identify the most relevant communication technologies for creating the images of the political party and the Russian political leader. The main attention is paid to the technology of mythology, based on the concepts of domestic and foreign leading specialists in the field of sociology, psychology of mass communications, political technologies, advertising and PR. The study was carried out using methods of communication strategies, comparative typological, content analysis, motivational and psychological. The work notes the need to identify the most effective PR-technologies for image formation as extremely popular and relevant. It is revealed that myth is most relevant in the political sphere as a means of manipulating mass consciousness. Political myths, like simulacra, are artificial in nature, i.e., they are created using creative fiction for a certain purpose - the formation of a given image (politics), and a picture of the world.

The article examines the language personality in the aspect of its existence in the ethnocultural space, which is represented by the video text of the Adyghe literary critic, famous scientist, Doctor of Philology, Professor A.A. Skhalyakho. The publication shows that the Adyghe language personality is objectified in a video text that reflects both his language consciousness and the features of his ethno-cultural picture of the world. In the speech behavior of A.A. Skhalyakho, there is a tendency to imagery, the magic of a lexical phrase, detailing and concretization, instructions, repetitions of the same thought in different speech ways, antitheses. At the same time, he focuses on both the content and form. The study has found that A.A. Skhalyakho is the "artist of the Adyghe word", "the Creator of the Adyghe verbal art", "the expert on Adyghe reality", and "the holder of highest degree of Adyghe structural-linguistic complexity". The theoretical and practical significance of the studied material lies in the possibility of its inclusion in the University lectures on cognitive linguistics and, lingual culturology.

Direct and indirect means of expressing disagreement (based on the story of Lewis Carroll "Alice in Wonderland")

The article considers the speech act of disagreement taking into account semantic, grammatical and pragmatic aspects. The research material was the text of L. Carroll's fairy tale "Alice in Wonderland". Among speech acts that contain an element of disagreement in their semantics, we can distinguish several subtypes that have different shades of negative meaning. The choice of language means to convey the negative attitude of communicants depends on many factors. All examples that demonstrate various types of negative reaction confirm the fact that it is the ability to express the speaker's personal attitude to the subject of speech and the interlocutor that distinguishes the act of disagreement with a special emotional coloring. Systematization of verbal means in the course of pragmatic analysis allowed us to identify the most frequent models that are characteristic of each speech situation.

Actualization of the evaluative modality of phraseological units with the meaning of cognitive activity

The problems of evaluative modality as a component in the semantic structure of phraseological units are considered. The research focuses on phraseological units with the meaning of cognitive activity which is an extensive group of phraseological units that represents cognition carried out by a person. The specifics of the implementation of evaluative modality correlates with the ability of the phraseological unit to combine rational and emotional evaluation. The study of the evaluation modality is determined by a typical situation of evaluation, in which the object of evaluation, the subject of evaluation, the basis and nature of the evaluation are distinguished. To identify the nature of the evaluation, which manifests itself in the form of explication of positive, neutral, and negative attributes, in the semantic structure, an analysis of separate groups of phraseological units with the meaning of cognitive activity (phraseological units representing sensations, perceptions, memory, thinking) was carried out. The data of the study show that the evaluative components in the semantic structure of phraseological units with the meaning of cognitive activity are updated based on the evaluation of the associative image that appears when creating a secondary name and forms a positive or negative attitude. The main characteristics of the evaluation represented by this group of phraseological units are the evaluation of the emotional state, moral and ethical evaluation, the evaluation of the degree of intensity and the evaluation of the degree of importance.

Metaphorical modeling of BUSINESS WOMAN concept in media discourse

The goal of this study is to describe features, and update the constructs "femininity" and "masculinity" as components of the image of a modern businesswoman through cognitive metaphor. The relevance of this work is due to the unrelenting interest of linguists in the study of linguistic objectification of various concepts that reveal the uniqueness of a particular linguistic culture. The BUSINESS WOMAN concept is one of the significant fragments of the modern picture of the world of Russian and German linguistic culture and contributes to the comprehensive study of language, consciousness and culture. In this regard, it is relevant to study the metaphorical representation of this concept from the point of view of establishing its cognitive stereotypes that structure it in the minds of speakers of Russian and German. During the study, continuous sampling, descriptive-analytical, metaphorical modeling methods were used. The material was the texts of informational, analytical and business publications published in periodic print or electronic publications dedicated to business women, as well as various lexicographic sources in Russian and German. The theoretical significance and scientific novelty of the study lie, firstly, in studying the mechanisms of metaphorical conceptualization of the image of a businesswoman in a business media course; secondly, in establishing the role of cognitive metaphor in the formation of cognitive stereotypes of a businesswoman in the Russian and German language consciousness. The practical value of the study lies in the possibility of applying the main conclusions in teaching university courses in linguocentology, the theory of cognitive metaphor, and genderology.

The bestiary of the Russian language as an open system: as demonstrated by potential families

The zoonymic space (bestiary) of the Russian language is presented as a clearly structured system, the core of which is formed by zoologisms connected by relations of word-formation derivation - the names of males, females and cubs. The core also includes designations of animals with a suppletive relation of the basics, which have a high frequency. At the same time, the presence of lacuna in this system (unoccupied position for the designation of female or cub) suggests the relevance of our research. It has been revealed that the bestiary of the Russian language is represented by three groups, which conditionally can be called families (complete, incomplete, and potential). The object of research in this article is the so-called potential families, the formation of which occurs by filling the lacuna "designation of the female" and even more actively – the lacuna "cub". The data obtained basing on the material of the explanatory dictionaries of the Russian language, Wiktionary as mobile lexicographic source and informal Internet communication, suggest that the bestiary of the Russian language is an open, developing, replenishing lexical system both in the standard (dictionaries of new words, Wiktionary) and in the sub-standard (Internet communication). New zoologisms (names of females and cubs) recorded by dictionaries, have already passed the test of time and have proved their communicative significance. Neo-derivatives appearing in Internet communication, testify to the meta-language reflection of Internet users. Most of them are formed by productive models and, therefore, have a chance to fill the existing lacunaå in the system by means of word formation. A derivative word is able to replace the existing expanded cognitive structures in the language. The results of the research have a theoretical significance, consisting in systematization of knowledge about zoologisms of the Russian language, about active derivation processes in informal Internet communication, and about the role of Internet search systems in obtaining data for derivatology.

Functional and semantic features of the infinitive in medical and banking job descriptions (from the material of the English and Russian languages)

For the first time, an attempt is made to investigate the syntactic functions of the infinitive inherent in the non-personal form of the verb in job descriptions based on the material of the compared languages in the field of medicine and banking. The article analyzes the meanings of precedence, simultaneity, and sequence that are explicated by the infinitive in the presented syntactic functions. The purpose of this work is to identify functional and semantic features of the infinitive in the compared languages, as well as to determine similarities and differences in the functioning of the infinitive in medical and banking job descriptions. Various methods were used in the research process. Contextual analysis allowed us to interpret the meaning of the infinitive with words that are closely related to it. Descriptive-analytical and comparative methods helped to identify morphological and syntactic features of the language phenomenon, as well as features of the functioning of the infinitive in instructions in the languages under consideration. The research is significant for the development of Internet linguistics and comparative linguistics. The functional features of the English-language and Russian-language infinitives, similarities and differences in their use in medical and banking instructions are considered. The results of the work have theoretical significance related to the systematization of characteristics and hidden categorical meanings of the infinitive, depending not only on its syntactic function, but also on the semantics of words surrounding it. The obtained data can be used in further comparative studies of morphological systems and the genre of instruction in different languages. The results of the research can be applied in the practice of teaching English and Russian languages, the methodology of linguistic research, and the theory and practice of translation.

Ethno-specific and universal in the functional paradigm of lexeme “head” in the Kabardino-Circassian and Karachay-Balkarian languages

This article is devoted to the study of the functional features of the lexeme "shkhye" in Kabardino-Circassian and "bash" ("head") in Karachay-Balkarian languages in the comparative aspect in the process of nominating the realities of the world around a person and its axiological potential in the process of verbalizing the status of a person. This approach allows us to establish the universal and ethnospecific in the functional paradigm of this concept. The analysis of the material of studied languages shows that the verbalization based on the dominant component "shkhye" - "bash" and its attendant mental abilities are the most productive of the category of pejorative character, and the lexeme "shkhye" - "bash" stands in an absolute sense as a representative of the very positive qualities. The goal is a semantic and linguoculturological analysis of the "schchye" and "bash" ("head") vocabulary in a comparative aspect from the material of Kabardino-Circassian and Karachay-Balkarian languages to establish a universal and ethnospecific in the functional paradigm of this concept. The results of the study can be used in lexicographic practice.

Genre aspectuality of fiction and translation activity (the novel by Ch. Dickens"The Posthumous Papers of the Pickwick Club" used as an example)

This work identifies and analyzes the genre-stylistic classification of the translation types of a fiction text, which include two main subtypes – fiction and informative translation. Particular attention is paid to variations in the translation of verb-postpositive units from English into Russian, in which they are not presented as a separate group: the author compares the methods of translating verb-postpositive units in Charles Dickens's novel "The Posthumous Papers of the Pickwick Club" by several Russian-speaking translators. The scientific significance of this work lies in the study of the variety of translations of the same fiction text, whose difference significantly influences the final result of the translation of the text and subsequently provides the basis for analyzing the methods of translating the verb-postpositive combinations from English into Russian. The study methodology is based on a comparative analysis of one text of the original and three variations of translation from English into Russian. It has been established that the arising complications when translating a fiction text are due to the fact that the situation (fragment of reality) is not identical in each language. As a result, it is necessary to translate not a single word, but a specific situation, taking into account the descriptive stereotype in the recipient language.

Analysis of the translation into Russian of Chinese lexeme, expressed by concept (义) - "Yi"

The paper attempts to analyze the Russian translation of the important Chinese concept of “Yi” (justice) in the book “Lunyu” of Confucius and the author’s methods of translation of this concept are given for the first time. The article explains the importance and necessity of familiarizing the book “Lunyu” with foreign readers and its translation. When introducing this concept, a comparison of different interpretations of the concept in Chinese and Russian books is introduced. The paper presents an analysis of six popular options for translating the Chinese concept “Yi” into Russian, which are the materials of analysis. The research methodology is based on a comparative analysis of two languages and different translation options from a historical and functional point of view. The authors provide a comparison table and discuss the advantages and inaccuracies of the studied translation options. A variety of translations of the same concept is revealed, which explains the need to take into account the context when translating it and indicate the original concept in brackets. The authors offer translation options for this concept. Moreover, it is generally understood that the translation of the concept of “Yi” is characterized by both diversity and integration. The translation of this concept should not go beyond the essence of the concept (coincidence with the ritual and the properties of the concept itself), and the translation, as such, will differ formally.

Mountain landscape of the North Caucasus as the basis for the formation of artistic images in the contemporary art of Circassian artists of Russia and Turkey

For the first time, an attempt is undertaken to examine the forms of influence of the creative personality and geographical space of the North Caucasus on the formation of an artistic image in modern fine art of Circassian (Adyghe) artists of Russia and Turkey. It becomes possible to analyze the ways of art to display reality, given the degree of influence of the sociocultural environment on the artistic consciousness of authors. The methodology is based on a comparative, typological, art history and sociocultural study of artistic objects created by Circassians of the metropole and diaspora in order to identify aesthetic dominants, priority styles, value ideals and principles when choosing themes, plots and images. Two space-time models are updated, which affect the formation of the imagery of the North Caucasus mountain landscape. The acquired knowledge can be used for comparative and typological studies of the work of masters of the metropole and diaspora in implication to various ethnoses and ethnic groups, which, in turn, gives rise to new meanings and new artistic forms of creativity.

Musical and poetic intonation in the interpretation of the texts of Chinese poets by G.Mahler in the symphony - cantata “The Song of the Earth”

The basis of this study is a comparison of musical and poetic intonation in the symphony-cantata "The Song of the Earth" by G. Mahler, as well as composition methods that create a unique synthesis of cultural traditions of the East and West. A composition written at the beginning of the 20th century (1907-1908) on the verses of the collection “The Chinese Flute” by Chinese poets translated by H. Bethge subtly conveys the aesthetics of "love" inherent in the worldview of medieval China, realized in art thanks to the principle of “observation”. Combined with the aesthetics of symbolism in music of the early twentieth century, and the principles of "action" and "procedurality", the poetic intonation in music is realized through the semantic motives of mountains, the connection of the object and subject, and expectations. The purpose of our study is to reveal the general and special in G. Mahler’s interpretation of the verses of medieval Chinese poets, which laid the foundation for “The Song of the Earth” symphony-cantata. Research methods include the method of comparison, historical-style analysis, the method of hermeneutics, and musicological analysis. The individuality of the composer's approach is revealed by a number of compositional techniques - the transformation of the symphonic cycle into a symphonized vocal cycle; mismatch of semantic components of text and music as a method of intensification of development; and synthesis of genres. All above-mentioned is aimed at revealing the rich potential of poetic images, often fixing the "moment-vision" or "image-state". The general features in G. Mahler's interpretation of the poetic text are the "objectification" of emotions in both vocal and instrumental parts, due to general intonation; tonal links combining the cycle. The theoretical novelty lies in identifying the specifics of the interpretation in musical composition by G. Mahler of the meanings of ancient Chinese poetry in translation by H. Bethge. The practical significance of the study is associated with the possibility of applying the results in the course of training, including by Chinese vocalists when performing compositions by European musicians.

Seven variations for clarinet and piano on a theme from the opera “Silvana” op. 33 by C.M. von Weber: on continuity of vocal intonation in instrumental genres

The article discusses various forms of manifestation of the vocal music in chamber-instrumental works by C.M. von Weber. The purpose of the study is to determine the semantic functions of vocal intonation associated with the genres of academic and folk tradition in the individual style of the composer. For this, methods of hermeneutics, comparative studies, and musicological analysis are used. By comparing the intonation spheres of the opera “Silvana” and the composition “Seven Variations for Clarinet and Piano on a Theme from the Opera “Silvana” op. 33, the relationship between artistic images of the opera and specific variations has been established. In the course of the study, it was proved that the inclusion of an arioso style, as well as reliance on folk song sources, contribute to the concretizing the figurative and artistic spheres of chamber-instrumental music and event development of the work. Melodiousness, cantellation of the themes of instrumental works, inherent in chamber-vocal and opera works by C.M. von Weber, a narrow range of themes convenient for reproduction by voice, and repeated structure determine the “singing” intonation during instrumental performance and easy memorability of melodies, which leads to the unconditional popularity of both the vocal and instrumental masterpieces of the Master.

The new life of R. Drigo’s ballet "Harlequinade" in virtual space: on interpreting the image of Harlequin in the ballet of the 20th - 21st centuries

The study examines various incarnations of the image of Harlequin in the history of world theater art and in Russian ballet. The history of theatrical art showed the existence of four types of interpretation of the image of Harlequin, relevant also for modern Russian ballet. The purpose of the work is to identify changes in the image of Harlequin in interpretations of the ballet “Harlequinade” by R. Drigo by the domestic choreographers of the 20th-21st centuries that currently exist in the virtual space. For the study, a set of approaches and methods were chosen: interdisciplinary, culturological, various methods of analysis: comparative-typological, phenomenological, hermeneutical; methods of historical-evolutionary and musicological analysis. The specificity of the reflection of the comedy “dell’arte” in the musical decisions of “Harlequinade” is investigated. By comparing different versions of production of R. Drigo’s ballet, it has been found that the interpretation of the image of Harlequin is seriously influenced by genre impacts that can be enhanced or weakened by choreographers in their interpretation: P. Gusev (1975) – by using a fairy tale; Y. Burlak (2011) - comedy dell’arte in its later French version; A. Mishutin (2012) - the Mystery. All interpretations of the image of Harlequin have much in common: the spirit of deception, game, and illusion.

There are quite a few works in which local bifurcations of piecewise-smooth vector fields on the plane are considered. In a number of papers, local bifurcations of smooth vector fields on the plane that are reversible with respect to involution were also studied. In this paper, we consider reversible dynamical systems defined by piecewise-smooth vector fields on the coordinate plane (x, y), for which the discontinuity line y=0 coincides with the set of fixed points of the involution of the system. We consider generic one-parameter perturbations of such vector fields. The bifur-cations of the singular point O lying on this line are described in two cases. In the first case, the point O is a rough focus of smooth vector fields that coincide with a piecewise smooth vector field in the half-planes y>0 and y<0. In the second case, O is the third-order tangent point of the trajectories of the corresponding smooth vector fields.

Research of SIEM systems based on the analysis of mechanisms for detecting cyber attacks

The article presents the analysis and classification of SIEM systems based on the analysis of the correlation and forecasting mechanisms used. A review of the current state of the SIEM systems market was made and groups of criteria were introduced for evaluating identification mechanisms, taking into account the specifics of the applied correlation methods, as well as incident forecasting modules. The study of the Splunk SIEM system is carried out: methods and algorithms for correlation and forecasting. An example of creating a trend line for a set of information security incident events is given. The conclusion can be the fact that the existing algorithms currently do not allow the full use of methods and techniques for detecting cyber threats, since the development and implementation of this research direction requires additional costs and resources. It is necessary to continue to constantly expand and modernize the functions of SIEM systems to maintain a high level of security in the face of an increasing number of cyber threats.

Approach to the development of a malware detection software package using convolutional neural networks

Information security problems have always been acute, but at present the cost of malicious intervention has increased many times and can have significant negative consequences. The paper considers one of the possible malware detection technologies based on convolutional neural networks, as well as a number of algorithms that prepare and transform the necessary source data. An algorithm has been developed and described for the process of converting executable files received in the software package into black and white images, which allows one to form their own data set for training a neural network based on the images obtained. The structure and functioning of a software package that implements the proposed methodology is described, which includes a subsystem for converting analyzed files, a subsystem for training and testing a neural network, and a malware recognition subsystem based on a trained neural network model. As a result of studies on a number of test data sets, a fairly high accuracy of malware detection was obtained.

Detecting and preventing the man in the middle attack in the foggy layer of a swarm of drones

When data is exchanged between IOT devices, a significant amount of data is transmitted, which leads to increased time delays for cloud services. Fog nodes located on the edge of the network near the user can reduce this delay by preventing the data processed by the user from going all the way to the data center. However, data centers, unlike foggy devices, are equipped with powerful resources (for example, processors, energy, and memory). Using traditional methods to prevent intrusions at the fog level of devices with low power and computing power (such as an unmanned aerial vehicle) will lead to a large delay and/or energy consumption, which can lead to mission failure. Therefore, there is a need for a strong security system with a low resource intensity that will protect the fog layer from attack. This paper proposes an intrusion detection system (IDS) and an intrusion prevention system (IPS) for a “man in the Middle” (MitM) attack in the foggy layer of a drone swarm.

In a broad sense, innovation - a synonym for the successful development of the social, economic, educational, administrative and other fields on the basis of a variety of innovations. Accordingly, under the innovative development should be understood first of all the circuit implemented innovations. It is more successful when covering more than one narrow area of the implementation of innovation, and also includes the scope, affecting the overall result (management, marketing, training, finance, and others). In addition, any innovative development – it is not only the basic innovation process, but also factor in the development of the system and the conditions necessary for its implementation, is the innovation potential. Innovative development is always integrated.

Organization of self-assessment of the activities of local governments as a tool to increase the level of its effectiveness

The article deals with the organization of self-assessment of the activities of local government. It is noted that in domestic practice, a fairly comprehensive system for assessing the effectiveness of the functioning of public administration is gradually being formed, which makes it possible to fairly objectively evaluate and appropriately encourage the municipalities that have achieved the greatest success. However, in the process of increasing the level of efficiency of the activities of municipal government, it is of great importance to organize and conduct a self-assessment of the effectiveness of the management activities carried out by these bodies themselves. One of such tools in the system of municipal government is the mechanism of its self-assessment based on the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) methodology, some of the criteria of which characterize management practice (“opportunities”), another part of the criteria illustrates the final results of the activities of municipal government bodies in key areas of their activities (results).
