On the impact of local natural and climatic conditions of the North-West Caucasus on the vital activities of the population in the context of the observations of I.N. Klingen

The paper undertakes an attempt to analyze information about the climate of the North-West Caucasus basing on a monograph by I.N. Klingen. This monograph was based on the materials of the Commission of I.S. Khatisov-A.D. Rotinyants and other researchers of the Black Sea region. It contains competent and valuable information on the history of agriculture of the Shapsugs and Ubykhs. Despite favorable natural and climatic conditions, this territory is very specific. In this natural habitat, the Adyghe tribes developed original techniques of agricultural machinery and special tools that allowed them to cultivate land both on the slopes of the mountains and in the lowlands, and take significant crops. The Adyghe tribes developed their own forms of adaptation to the habitat, presented original ways of living in difficult climatic conditions, which made it possible to maintain a regional model of stable socio-economic development with its ethnocultural specificity. The problem of the impact of local natural and climatic conditions on anthropogenic activity and its reflection on the process of forming the tradition of nature management, the agricultural experience of the Adyghe tribes, set out in the report of I.S. Khatisov and the monograph by I.N. Klingen, have not lost their relevance in modern conditions. Rural mudflows, water erosion with destructive consequences have become a real scourge for farms, resorts and simple citizens. The culture of agriculture of the Adyghes living in the Black Sea region was and remains the most reasonable for this territory and has not only scientific and cognitive, but also practical significance.

    Russian policy towards the Georgian-Abkhaz conflict (1991 - 2008)

The disintegration of a large population and territory, multi-ethnic and multi-confessional state, as the Soviet Union was, could not initially go painlessly and without loss. The national political elites of the former Soviet Union republics, in general, thanks to endurance and political foresight, managed to avoid a "bloody divorce" like the "Yugoslav scenario". However, it was not possible to completely prevent a severe conflict of interest, which, unfortunately, grew into military clashes in the post-Soviet space. In the second decade of the 21st century, Donbass was added to Nagorno-Karabakh, Transnistria, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, which became "points of tension" in the territory of the former Soviet Union back in the 1990s. The paper attempts to analyze the motives and content of Russia's political and diplomatic actions in relation to the development of the Georgian-Abkhaz conflict in the post-Soviet period, and their consequences for Georgia and Abkhazia. The author reveals the vicissitudes of internal political struggle in the Russian political elite in the 1990s when developing Moscow's policy towards the Georgian-Abkhaz conflict. The publication raises the urgent problem of the compatibility of the principle of the territorial integrity of a multi-ethnic State with the principle of the right of peoples to self-determination, up to and including full secession. By supporting Abkhazia in the conflict with Georgia, Moscow strengthened its authority among the North Caucasus peoples, but at the cost of losing good-neighborly relations with Georgia.

The formation of a system of Cossack and mountain forest services in the territory of modern Karachay-Cherkessia in the pre-revolutionary period

The article highlights one of the important aspects of economic history related to the forestry industry in the territory of the modern Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The predatory exploitation of the region's forest wealth in the second half of the 19th century on the part of the local mountain and Cossack population determined state and public intervention in this area. Its main goal was not only the desire to prevent an environmental disaster and streamline the use of forests, but also to take into account the needs of the population, to preserve the profitability of forestry. The author focuses on aspects related to the emergence of a system of military and public forest services during the imperial period. The paper deals with the issues related to the financial activities of these structures, the dynamics of their expenses and income, the staff of forest services, attention is focused on the problems of personnel composition and the existence of corruption schemes. This work for the first time highlights the emergence of environmental protection structures in the upland part of the Upper Kuban, their legal types, the complex of their functions (administrative, protective, supervisory, technical, economical etc.), the normative basis, content and range of their activities. The author notes the main problems of the industry, the nature and dynamics of the development of forest resources in the region, the effectiveness of the forest protection service.

A system approach to the study of the city in the social understanding of its phenomenon for modern society

Understanding of the phenomenon of urban space provides a justification for its heuristicity. Modern social science studies the phenomenon of urban space not alone, but being in close relationship with other sciences, such as sociology, psychology, logistics, political science, geography, cultural studies, practical sections of architecture, etc. The listed sciences study the city from the practical and empirical side, but theoretical study takes place through the established methods of philosophical science. The application of sociological methodology in the study of the urban locus significantly expands the possibilities of socio-humanities in determining the interdependence of spatial and population factors for the development of the urban environment (T. Parsons, N. Luhmann). Based on the generalization of the system-semiotic method of A.I. Uyomov, the city is considered through the triad "thing," "property," "relation". Antithesis in the understanding of the city is the concept of A.E. Gutnov, explaining its essential characteristics by recreating spatial parametrics. It is concluded that the existing theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of urban space have significant heuristic potential in the explication of the city as a holistic (integral) socio-cultural phenomenon.

Internet as a form of culture translation in the society of the 21st century

The progress of information, computer and telecommunication technologies has led to the formation of a special virtual sociotechnical environment - the global Internet, which every year strengthens its leading position in the media system. This situation has a direct impact on the system of spiritual culture, since one of the key elements of socio-cultural reality is the translation of its content into wide sections of society, primarily those that are in the stage of socialization and inculturation. However, a serious gnoseological problem for modern sociology is the potential of the Internet as an instrument of cultural communication, since the Internet, due to a number of functional characteristics, turns out to be a suboptimal form of cultural translation. In this regard, the paper defines the parameters of the influence of the global information and communication system on the processes of socialization and inculturation in modern society, which, under the influence of virtual practices, are significantly deformed and are more spontaneous. It is concluded that there is an ambivalent impact of the Internet on the communication space, which creates risks for the reproduction of the socio-cultural system of Russian society.

Uncertainty and risk phenomena in the context of intercultural communication

Risk and uncertainty are ontologically linked with the life cycle of people, and therefore these problems are always relevant, especially in the contemporary postmodern society. The informational postindustrial society is characterized by a large amount of diverse information that is easily accessible to all members of society. On the one hand, access to information and its amount is a real value, on the other hand, people cannot adequately select, interpret and evaluate new information. The uncertainty arising in this case disorients people, disrupting the stability of their socio-cultural communicative ties. Uncertainty is ambivalent in nature - it is subjective as a projection of personal perception of social reality; it is objective as an actualization of the breakdown/change of social meanings and institutions. The study on the nature of uncertainty and risks is unanimous in the fact that the high level of uncertainty of our time is due to such factors as globalization, informatization and digitalization. “Fluid modernity” as a social reality characterizes everyday life of people from the perspective of the main concepts of life: freedom, individuality, time and space, work and communities. The concept of risks as products of uncertainty ranges from comparing risks with the Chernobyl accident to assessing risks as mobilizing forces. Socio-cultural risks, intercultural in particular, acquire special significance in the postmodern era. The identified 6 universal categories of culture define intercultural interaction from the perspective of taking into account cultural characteristics that determine the success of intercultural interaction. Uncertainty reduction theory offers ways to establish successful intercultural communication. The identified strategies for reducing uncertainty (passive, active and interactive) and the factors of its success are determined by the level of intercultural competence of the communicants. In addition, adherence to the principles of Cooperation and Politeness helps to reduce intercultural uncertainty and risks as types of communicative discomfort.

Index method for assessing the quality of the urban environment: international and Russian experience

In modern conditions of high urbanization, the quality of the urban environment as an integral component of the quality of life of the population is one of the priority areas of state policy, reflected in national projects of Russia. The purpose of the paper is a critical analysis of foreign and domestic methods for assessing the quality of the urban environment, based on an index approach. The publication considers the methodological experience of major research and consulting organizations conducting comparative studies of cities on a regular basis using composite indices. The main directions of assessment of the quality of the urban environment, covering economic, social, cultural, environmental, political and legal, are identified. The author shows the advantages of composite indexes as universal tools for aggregating a large array of data in order to carry out an integrated assessment of the quality of the urban environment. It is concluded that existing assessment systems focus on the measurement of "average urban temperature," preferring the use of available statistics that allow for a one-time mass coverage of cities for comparative analysis. Based on the analysis, a promising scientific and methodological task is formulated, namely: the development of composite indices that allow assessing the intracity territorial imbalances of the life environment. The implementation of this task is of high practical importance for the management of the development of super-large cities (megacities), including the development of differentiated programs for improving the urban environment at the level of inner-city territories - districts, microdistricts.

The city as an environment for the realization of power relations: an interdisciplinary object of study

The paper considers the main concepts of studying the city in various fields of scientific knowledge, analyzes the approaches and interaction of sciences in the general knowledge of urban space. Each science interprets the understanding of the city in its own way and considers its elements from the point of view of its competence. The use of methodological tools of philosophy as an integral system of scientific knowledge allows us to analyze the obtained data and lead them to a single model of substantiation of specific features of the city, which is a unique phenomenon of human life. However, each science, relying only on its own empirical material, makes a mistake: it creates an ideal image that does not always correspond to the real picture. Each researcher focuses on specific elements of study, thereby giving them priority in understanding the urban environment. This fact actualizes the method of interdisciplinary study of the urban phenomenon. In the context of sociohumanitary studies based on the methods of sociology, demography, political science and cultural studies, the city is considered as an environment for the exercise of power, in which the dependence of sociodynamic processes on the nature of institutional restrictions imposed by power structures on the population increases.

Mass consumer culture in the information society of the 21st century

Mass culture since its inception has existed for a century. An analysis of a number of theoretical works on the problem of mass culture is given. The development of information and computer technologies and the Internet, the emergence of the phenomenon of virtual reality has influenced the forms, methods, and channels for spreading mass culture, posing a number of epistemological problems before sociological science that need to be solved. The paper emphasizes the differences between the industrial society and the information society, in the context of which mass culture appears. The function of mass culture, such as sociocultural global integration, is analyzed. It is noted that mass culture gradually began to acquire the properties of media culture, embedded in the space of information, computer and telecommunication technologies. At the same time, the spread of mass culture has led to a deformation of public consciousness, strengthening of unification processes, primitivization of cultural values and an increase in consumer appetites of the population. Simultaneously, as socio-historical practice showed, many alarmist assessments were exaggerated. In this connection, it is concluded that at the beginning of the 21st century, a constructive understanding of the functionality of mass-cultural processes in changing the spiritual life of mankind prevailed in the public and scientific community.

Challenges to environmental security in the context of the social development of the Adyghea Republic

The paper discusses the main directions of social development of the Adyghea Republic in the context of increasing challenges to environmental safety. The structure of environmental safety of the region is formed by a system of effective environmental management, mechanisms for preserving the biological and natural diversity of the territory and environmental tools for maintaining public health. The authors confirm the thesis that environmental safety is one of the main indicators of effective management of the subject of the Russian Federation. The need to take into account modern environmental standards in the development and selection of a model of socio-economic development of the region is justified. The publication analyzes measures of state policy in the field of transport infrastructure development aimed at reducing the destructive impact of environmental challenges on the quality of life of the population in the republic. Based on the generalization of the results of sociological studies conducted in the region from 2008 to 2021 by state authorities and the author's research team, the attitude of the population to the environmental situation in the Adyghea Republic is evaluated. It is inferred that it is advisable to develop integrated socio-economic development taking into account the specifics of the natural and biological landscape of the region and improve ecological culture as an instrument to ensure environmental safety and a high level of quality of life for the population.

Religious component in the marital sphere: ethnosociological research

Researchers describe changes taking place in the institute of the family as crisis, and the observed destructive processes as contradictory. The object of this study is the marital sphere of the peoples of Dagestan. The subject of the study is the interreligious marriage union and the marriage behavior of the Dagestan peoples. The chronological framework of the study covers the 19th - early 21st centuries and this historical period will allow us to trace the evolution of attitudes towards interreligious marriages, from their complete rejection to tolerant attitude towards them. The methodological basis of ethnosociological research is the principle of historical reconstruction, historical, comparative and historical-typological methods, and the Bogardus social distance scale, which shows the attitudes existing in the mass consciousness of the urban population of the republic in various areas of social interaction. The obtained results of the study indicate that in traditional Dagestan society, the attitude towards interreligious marriages, due to the high Islamization of society, was negative. With the accession of Dagestan to Russia, the conclusion of interreligious marriages becomes possible provided one of the spouses accepts Islam, subject to sharia marriage norms and rites. With an increase in the share of the Russian population in Dagestan from the second half of the twentieth century, the attitude to interreligious marriages has changed, sharia norms in marriage, in connection with the Sovietization of Dagestan society, have not always been respected. The study shows that the urban population surveyed is focused on interaction in various social spheres, with the exception of marital, because for respondents the religion of the future spouse is the key parameter when joining a marriage union. However, empirical data show that in the mass consciousness of citizens there is a tolerant attitude towards the interreligious marriage of their children, in comparison with their own marital attitudes. The study has revealed significant differences in the type of religiosity: the most conservative subgroup is self-identifying as "staunchly believers," and "believers", although the percentages are noticeably lower, compared with the sub-masses of fluctuating, unbelieving and staunchly unbelievers.

Western Caucasus written artifacts and the Danube script

This paper deals with the Western Caucasus written artifacts: the problematic aspect of their study, the main trends of previous studies, the hypothesis of the relationship of these artifacts with the oldest writing systems of cultures of Eastern Europe and the Middle East. The study of these cultural elements in the light of new archaeological data leads to the conclusion that they can be considered as fragments of the Neolithic sign system, in particular their commonality with the so-called Danube script. Along with the civilizational leap which occurred in the Neolithic (land husbandry and agriculture, large settlements and a new social structure that changed significantly the nature of socio-economic relations), a rethinking of the methods of transmitting and fixing information took place. Thus, the foundation for the emergence of writing systems that spread through cultural expansion and migration to large territories, including the Western Caucasus, was formed. The author also notes that the graphic basis of Caucasus monuments goes beyond the Caucasus-Mesopotamian-Anatolian range, as confirmed by the so-called Vinca script. It is inferred that the glyph foundation formed in the Danube Eneolithic contributed to the formation of the first civilizations in the region under study.

Romantic arts in modern mass culture

The paper discusses some types of romantic art, their connection with the external and internal properties of the person, and the principle of subjectivity. According to Hegel, in classical art there is a perfect fusion of ideal content and sensual form. But the spirit is not just a single finite spirit connected to a single body; it is divine and infinite. Also, in romantic art, which is Christian in all its goals and aspirations, no sensual embodiment is felt adequate to spiritual content. The first art in the range of romantic arts is defined, which should, in this way, make visible its content in the forms of external human appearance and all natural creations, but without lingering on sensuality and abstraction. The fulfillment of this task is set by painting. The publication defines the place of mass art in modern culture, where the creative personality, as the creator and consumer of this art, translates new art, which should withstand the new reality of the 21st century. The stage of changing styles introduces its rules and wishes into art, as well as requires obeying new laws in the artistic life of modern society.

Karachay-Balkarian kiyiz as an object of the world of "things"

In the paper, the author proceeds from the understanding of the phenomenon of culture (both in art and in philosophy), as a culture capable of living and developing only in a simultaneous dialogue with other cultures, which V.S. Bibler called "a cultural paradox". In the process of the study, the understanding is built that culture is a world of "things", basing on the dialogue of their creators not only with the people of the present, but also with subsequent generations. They tell descendants about the worldview of the past era, about the values of ancestral culture, about the worldview of the creators of works. The author considers this aspect important and significant enough to solve the problems of further preserving the cultural heritage of the peoples of the North Caucasus in a globalizing world, striving for universal unification and thereby leveling the identity of ethnic cultures. Cultural-philosophical analysis of objects as "things" helps to identify their meanings, bearing the stamp of a human being, as a homo faber, as a contemplator and as a user, to whom not only their purpose is open, but also without which, in principle, their existence is impossible. The patterned Karachay-Balkarian rugs – kiyizes – are considered as an example. A comparative parallel was drawn between possible interpretations of the ornamental motifs of the zhyigych kiyizes –narrow strips covering shelves in the patriarchal dwellings of these ethnic groups, and the alleged dialogue with the Other. The material gives reason to conclude that these curtain rugs are "read" according to the type of "cultural text" which is a kind of coded message from the ancestors.

The current state of virtualization of sociocultural activity

In view of the rapid development of computer technologies and the introduction of information tools into the everyday and working life of the individual, we see the process of virtualization not only of culture, but also of sociocultural activity. The paper discusses the virtualization of sociocultural activity in modern conditions. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the virtualization of sociocultural activity. The object is sociocultural activity. The subject is the current state of virtualization of sociocultural activity. Research objectives are: to indicate the relevance of the topic; to study scientific literature on the issue of negative trends in virtualization of sociocultural activity; to determine the essence of the terms "virtualization" and "virtual reality", "culture virtualization", "virtualization of sociocultural activity"; to list the most relevant virtual activity technologies; and to identify negative trends in virtualization of sociocultural activity. This process, according to the author, is a consequence of global informatization, including the sociocultural sphere. According to the author, the current state of virtualization of sociocultural activity has both positive and negative aspects. As positive aspects, the author includes the possibility of using unlimited space for creativity and self-realization, as well as the development of a wide range of training programs provided - master classes, marathons, courses, etc.; maintaining interpersonal communication using modern instant messengers and applications and simplifying communication of work processes. The work also cites the negative aspects of the process of virtualization of sociocultural activity, such as hedonism, depersonalization and standardization of the person, excessive freedom of action. In conclusion, the author notes that the importance of negative trends is increasing and the process of virtualization of sociocultural activity can be controlled, namely, the translation of high-quality censorship content, limiting destructive actions, and blocking violators.

ENSURING THE INCLUSION OF LOCAL TERRITORIES IN THE SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE URBAN AGGLOMERATION

The development of agglomerations requires a change in the approach to managing spatial development. The article presents the results of diagnostics of the state and development trends of the Sochi urban agglomeration and its local territories, which showed the characteristic of the problems of disproportion of socio-economic development, chaotic, over-compacted, and often illegal, development of a number of territories, underdevelopment of engineering and technical systems, the road network, transport, social infrastructure. It is shown that the implementation of functional zoning will ensure the allocation of local areas of agglomeration. Based on a strategic analysis of key problems, it is proposed to develop an intersubject, interlevel, intersectoral management system for the spatial development of an urban agglomeration, ensuring the inclusion of local territories and their local communities in it.

DIGITALIZATION OF THE ECONOMY, NECESSITY AND CAPABILITIES (AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL)

The topic of the article considered by the author in the framework of a separate study, despite the fact that earlier attempts were made in one area or another to study the processes of using digital technologies in real life. The relevance of the topic of research is due to the absence of both a regulatory framework and a unified method of studying the consequences of the introduction of digitalization. The aim of the study is to identify the link between the need and the possibility of implementing digital technologies at the municipal level. In the article, the author used accounting methods aimed at introducing and expanding the functional capabilities of information and analytical systems. To achieve the goal, an analysis of theoretical literature, regulatory documents, and scientific research on the proposed topic was carried out. During the study, it was revealed that the definitions of "digital economy" are quite a lot in the scientific literature and the author cites some of them. Summing up the study, it should be noted that the introduction of digitalization or digital technologies in both the economy and public life of people will take quite a long time and people will gradually get used to it.

FEATURES OF THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF RUSSIAN SMALL AGRIBUSINESS

In modern conditions, digitalization is the basis for the sustainable development of agricultural production, in the structure of which a significant share continues to be occupied by small businesses. A new stage of reforming agriculture revealed the features of the transition to digital technologies of small agribusiness. A new stage of reforming agriculture revealed the features of the transition to digital technologies of small agribusiness. On the examples of foreign experience, the role of the state in the digital transformation of large and small agribusiness is shown. In Russia, it is necessary to meet the information needs of small forms of management, to create an information support system that is accessible to all. Digitalization of agricultural production, requiring a change of technologies, actualizes the problem of providing qualified personnel with digital competencies, which is much more difficult to solve in small agribusiness than in agricultural holdings and other large enterprises. The main obstacles are related to the high cost of introducing new technologies, the purchase of innovative equipment and the lack of financial capabilities of Russian farmers. The article considers the support measures taken by the state in relation to small forms of management in the framework of the implementation of the departmental project "Digital Agriculture" and the federal project "Creating a system of support for farmers and the development of rural cooperation". A slow solution to the problem of availability of credit resources for small businesses was noted. The success of the process of digital transformation of Russian agriculture largely depends on the efficiency and complexity of overcoming these barriers.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AS A MEANS TO IMPLEMENT THE PROFESSIONAL AND MOTIVATIONAL VALIDITY OF THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF BACHELORS IN PHYSICS AND MATHEMATICS

In modern conditions, the use of information technologies in the professional training of bachelors of pedagogical education in Mathematics and Informatics is one of the most important components of the university's educational process. The current state of methodological training of bachelors and masters is characterized by a sufficient number and corresponding quality of means of informatization of the learning process of various directions for solving both mathematical problems, educational and methodological problems (for example, Wolfram Alpha, GeoGebra, GeoKone.NET, etc.). At the same time, of course, there is an understanding that these funds correspond to the modern level of development of information technologies. The process of improvement and qualitative development of information technologies assumes permanent status. That is why various aspects of the application of information technologies in the preparation of bachelor's degrees are relevant and require careful treatment. In particular, we are talking about new software products that are used in the training of both students in universities and schoolchildren in secondary educational institutions. A very remarkable trend in the modern stage of training mathematical students is the emergence of software products developed by students themselves. The possibility of such a situation exists due to the high level of algorithmic culture and programming culture of modern students (among them are winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian and international Olympiads in informatics and programming). The article considers some didactic, psychological and pedagogical aspects of the application of information technologies in the learning process based on the example of the new software product "3Ds-Geometry" developed by the student. This software product was elaborated to form professionally significant personality qualities of the future teacher in the context of the realization of the professional and motivational validity of the system of professional training of bachelors in Physics and Mathematics. The conceptual basis for the development of a software product is described in sufficient detail, and the goals (basic, educational, didactic) and the tasks of applying the software product in the educational process at the university and at school are classified.

THE ATTITUDE OF MILITARY PERSONNEL TO MEASURES TO IMPROVE FINANCIAL LITERACY IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The importance of the process of increasing financial literacy of the population at the state level as a future national project is justified. The need for citizens to acquire financial and economic knowledge is due to the contradictions between rapid changes in the financial market, on the one hand, and the imperfection of the system of socio-economic education, on the other hand. The adaptation of the economy, education and society in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic stands out as a promising area for the work of state authorities and research centers to find new forms, directions and methods for improving financial literacy. In the context of the pandemic, the need of the State for a financially competent society, on the one hand, and the acquisition of objective knowledge of financial literacy by citizens, on the other hand, are increasing significantly. Forecasts of the decline in economic activity in many countries of the world, with estimated decreases in incomes of ordinary citizens are given. Based on the research of scientists on improving financial literacy, the authors describe the results of a theoretical analysis of the perception of financial literacy by various categories of citizens of modern society as a priority type of literacy. As a result, the authors suggest that in modern society there is no single concept of "financial literacy". The fact of incomplete coverage in studies of certain groups of society, one of which is the military, is confirmed. In order to solve the identified problem, the authors conducted a socio-pedagogical study of various categories of military personnel on their perception of the concept of "financial literacy" and on their attitude to increasing financial literacy among various groups of the population. The study was carried out using a developed questionnaire, based on the results of which the authors and independent experts from among pedagogical workers, economists, sociologists and psychologists concluded that there was no common understanding regarding the concept and content of financial literacy among officers, cadets and soldiers. Most of the military personnel surveyed consider improving financial literacy measures to be necessary tools for preparing a citizen for the conditions of a rapidly developing financial market.

DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT AUTONOMY AS A CONDITION FOR INTERNAL MOTIVATION AND INTEREST IN MUSIC LESSON EVOLUTION

The article examines the interest loss in music lessons in the framework of the theory of self-determination (SDT), which emphasizes the satisfaction of a person's psychological needs for autonomy and competence, which is the main condition for the activity internal motivation, as well as an incentive for the development of autonomous forms of external motivation. Motivation for learning activity is a complex process and includes not only motives proper, but also cognitive mechanisms and structures, multidimensional and complex enough to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of this activity. The use of self-determination theory in various spheres of life includes education, sports, work and healthcare. Within the framework of this theory, the authors investigate the connections between the physical and the psychological, the development of internal or learned (internalized) motivation, the role of emotions and attention regulation, the life aspirations of young people and the way interaction and communication can contribute to the development of motivation or destroy it. Each child has a set of basic psychological needs that can be met for development and mental health. In everyday language, the term "need" refers to specific desires or outcomes, it means having a certain preference, and these preferences differ greatly from person to person. When a need is considered basic, it can be viewed as a “basic psychological need,” the satisfaction of which is essential for the well-being and development of the child, and suppression increases the risk of passivity, distress, and loss of interest in learning.

SCIENTIFIC AND PARASCIENTIFIC INTERPRETATIONS OF THE "CONSCIOUSNESS" CATEGORY AND THEIR REFLECTION IN THE CONTENT OF EDUCATION

The relevance of understanding the scientific and parascientific interpretations of the category "consciousness" and the need to reflect them in the content of education is justified. The essence of the concept of "parascience" ("esoterics") is considered. An excursion is made into the history of the emergence of parascientific knowledge (esoterics). The definitions of the concept of "consciousness" proposed in philosophy, psychology, as well as in parascientific (esoteric) literature are considered. The approaches of S. Freud, C. Jung, modern scientists and authors of parascientific literature to the problem of consciousness are compared, their significance in training and education is considered from the point of view of some educational scientists. In the light of new ideas about the nature of consciousness, emphasis is placed on modern natural science approaches to the problem, a correlation is revealed between the Big Bang theory and the parascientific interpretation of the origin of consciousness. A significant place is given to the problem of the nature of consciousness in the ancient Adyg-Abkhaz (Circassian) spiritual doctrine, which has gradually disappeared over the past 500 years and is presented in the works of the modern Canadian thinker, Caucasus native Murat Yagan, the last bearer and teacher of the ancient authentic tradition of the Caucasus. The publication discusses Murat Yagan’s peculiar, original interpretation of the essence of consciousness in the interpretation of Adyg-Abkhaz ancient spiritual doctrine, and his approach to substantiating the need for a union of science and mysticism in understanding the true essence of consciousness. The need to include this spiritual doctrine in the content of education is regarded.

PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGY FOR INCREASING MOTOR ACTIVITY OF YOUNGER SCHOOLCHILDREN BASED ON USING TECHNIQUES OF ITS EMOTIONAL REGULATION

The process of humanization of the domestic school education system guides teachers to searching for promising directions in the development of the child's personality. One of the important conditions for the normal growth and functioning of the infant body is motor activity. The author's approach to solving the problem of increasing the motor activity of primary school students in a general education school is disclosed. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate and test the pedagogical technology of increasing the motor activity of younger schoolchildren. The main provisions of the author's concept were based on the scientific views of foreign and domestic psychologists (K. Izard, G. Kraig, E.P. Ilyin, etc.). According to these views, the emotional factor serving the regulatory function of the emotional sphere of the child's personality and determining the effectiveness of his motor activity is the basic factor that determines the full development of the motivational sphere and motor capabilities of the child. The author's idea of the study was to build a pedagogical technology for increasing the motor activity of younger schoolchildren based on the use of emotional regulation techniques. The developed technology has a phased character and is built taking into account leading and situationally emerging emotional states in the process of motor activity and physical recreation. The procedural stages are: tentative-motivational, procedural-executive, and evaluation-reflexive. Taking into account the leading emotional situations arising in the younger school age, in the process of implementing the technology, emotional regulation techniques were selected for each type of manifestation of motor activity of younger schoolchildren. These include: techniques that enhance the emotionality of a recreational and leisure event or lesson; functional-restorative techniques; and techniques for correcting adverse emotions. The number of emotional regulation techniques used by the teacher increases from stage to stage. The study established the optimal combination of techniques that provide emotional filling of recreational and leisure activities and the conditions for the implementation of these techniques. The implementation of the developed pedagogical technology ensured an increase in the interest and motivation of younger schoolchildren to independent motor activity, and had a positive impact on the development of physical and mental qualities.

FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF PUPILS FROM SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF THE CLOSED TYPE

UNESCO has defined the global task of modern education. This is the formation at the younger generation of vitality, which includes among other things the willingness to make decisions independently and be responsible for the results of their decisions on life self-determination, including in the professional sphere. As concerning the children with deviant behavior, this task acquires additional social meaning, since life and professional self-determination is a necessary condition for their successful socio-pedagogical rehabilitation, regardless of what specific organizational forms of education and training they will be included. The study identified the components of readiness of pupils from special educational organizations of the closed type for professional self-determination, namely: cognitive component (knowledge of the content and technological aspects of the chosen profession, meaningful professional and personal qualities; the social significance of knowledge of professional choice and the method of its implementation in the process of training in a special educational institution); motivational-value component (the social significance of interests, needs, goals of professional self-determination; stable interest and value attitude to the chosen profession, the need for it); and behavioral component (constructive behavior to ensure the prospects of professional choice). The paper presents the results of the ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment. The experimental work was attended by pupils of the Maikop special educational institution of the closed type and by students of the secondary comprehensive school. A comparative analysis of the results of the primary diagnosis has shown that the distribution of adolescents according to the levels of readiness for professional self-determination occurs at three levels in both groups.

ON MANAGERIAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT IN THE PROCESS OF MANAGER TRAINING

The paper deals with the phenomenology of viability as a systemic professional personality quality, based on which a set of managerial skills is formed, namely: coping with stress, internal locus of control, perseverance, and self-effectiveness. The authors provide an analysis of the empirical experience of finding pedagogical tools of developing influence on future and current managers. A comparison is made of the configuration of basic skills, which together form the integral phenomenon of viability in two age groups (active managers and students of the corresponding areas of higher professional education) and demographic (by sex) groups. Differences in the definition of pedagogical impact are highlighted. The predominance of skills regulating viability as an integral characteristic of the manager's personality among active male managers and among females in the student environment has been established. The study shows that the most pronounced component of viability in men of both samples is the quality of perseverance. Women of both groups demonstrate a significantly more developed, compared to men, internal control locus. The fact of the predominance of the integral measure of viability in the environment of active managers has been established. It is suggested that this personal education is progressively developed in the process of continuous professional development of the subject. A conceptual approach to the development of pedagogical techniques for working with active managers in the cycles of additional vocational education is presented. These are recommendations, which are formulated in the form of methodological manuals for classes on management psychology, which allow you to highlight the focus of the needs of self-improvement, in particular, the development of resources for coping with psychological, professional stresses and strengthening adaptation potential through the activation of effective techniques for developing individual style of activity. For students - future managers, the path to developing vitality skills is identified by obvious markers in components that have a reduced resource. This is an increase in self-efficacy skills; intensification of pedagogical methods of spiritual and moral development of students; developing self-regulation skills and adaptation resources, in particular through selected disciplines of the main educational program.

Features and problems of drama translation (from the tragic farce material by Muliat Emizh "Hiem igolyp" ("The Place of the Dog")

One of the problems of artistic translation is the translation of the dramatic text. The relevance of the address to this topic is due to the lack of fundamental theoretical works de-voted to the translation of drama in the Adygean philology. Different approaches to the study of dramatic text in translation are analyzed. An example for detailed analysis, identification and resolution of the most significant translational problems was chosen by the work of the Adygean writer Muliat Emizh "Hiem Igolyp". The choice is due to the presence of difficult situations in terms of translation, the principle of plot construction, as well as the lack of translation of this play into Russian. The most problematic places of the play are considered, the translation is offered, translational solutions, for example, transformations, which had to be used in the process, are explained. The translation of dramatic texts is at the intersection of literature and theatre, and the most successful translation strategy in addressing drama is a combination of interpretation, transformation and adaptation.

Circumstantial determinants in the structure of a complex sentence in modern French

Some peculiarities of functioning of a circumstantial determinant in the structure of a complex sentence are considered. The theoretical significance is determined in the field of constructive syntax and the identification of the most stable and frequency signs of the func-tioning of various structural components of the sentence. The component analysis made it possible to outline the main parameters of the systematization of the features of the function-ing of the determinant components in the structure of the complex sentence, which form the practical significance of the study when working with texts. The study was based on analysis of structural indices of polypredicative constructions related to the nature of inclusion of de-terminants in the sentence structure. As a result, the specifics of the semantic-syntactic inter-action of the determinant with the structural components of the complex sentence were revealed, the conditions that can affect typological properties in the formation of special com-plex structures have been identified.

Occasional vocabulary and word play of the coronavirus period as a way to reflect new elements of the picture of the world (using the example of French)

The article identifies and analyzes French occasionalisms on the topic of the Corona-virus pandemic. Data from French-speaking sources make it possible to analyze the current state of the picture of the world of French linguistic culture and determine the influence of extralinguistic factors on the formation of the occasional vocabulary. The material was the author's words formations of open Internet sources of the French publishing house Le Robert and the French periodical Le Monde. The study methodology is based on a semantic analysis of the new French lexical units on the topic of the pandemic in order to describe the elements of a new picture of the world. The study of ways to verbalize the worldview of representatives of a particular linguistic culture is one of the modern trends in linguistics. Such a study allows us not only to describe the worldview of the ethnic group at a certain stage of sociocultural development, but also to reveal the dynamics and regularity of changes in social orientations and their reflection in the language. The results of the research can be used in comparative study of ways to verbalize elements of different linguistic cultures.

The framework of Tourism Industry subject area terminology (based on Russian and English)

The goal is to construct and describe the framework-slot structure of the terminology of the Tourism Industry subject area. The object is the terminology of the tourism industry in Russian and English, the subject is the frame model of the terminology in question. The ap-plication of contextual and definitional analysis techniques, as well as frame modeling tech-niques, has allowed us to present the terminology of this area as a multilevel hierarchical structure of slots and subslots that form subframes based on a thematic principle. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the framework-slot representation of the ter-minology of the tourism industry allowed us to systematically describe the logical structure and conceptual organization of terms in the subject area in question, taking into account lin-guistic and extralinguistic aspects. The theoretical importance is in the further development of cognitive and frame analysis of industry terminology, which is a contribution to the further development of cognitive terminology. The novelty of the study lies in the structuring and systematization of the terminology of this subject area on the material of Russian and English, which was not previously the subject of linguistic research.

Connotative proper names of the Post-Soviet period: methodology of communicative description

The article is devoted to the connotative proper names (connotonyms), which changed or acquired emotional and evaluative meanings in the post-Soviet period (from the early 1990s to the present day). The author's complex methodology of communicative description of these names, which includes consistent application of several methods, is characterized. These methods are: 1) contextual analysis – to determine single connotative meanings in individual contexts and subsequent generalization of several similar meanings recorded in many contexts with the same linguistic environment; 2) component analysis – to identify for each name a set of semantic features characteristic of its functioning in the last thirty years; 3) stylistic analysis – to characterize the functional marking of connotative names and the possibilities of their use as a figurative means; 4) linguistic comparison – to establish the semantic dynamics of connotative names at different stages of their existence within the period under consideration. Based on the results of communicative description we can conclude that the proper names, acquiring the properties of connotative, pass through certain stages of semantic development – from the designation of a single object to a full-fledged concept.

Problems of definitions and translation of English complex subject adjectives into Russian

The paper deals with structural and semantic groups of multicomponent subject adjectives, presented in classical English art prose as the most striking stylistic techniques of word-making and authors’ neologisms. Through comparative and lexical-semantic methods, we study linguistic material based on the famous works of English-language writers, as well as lexicographic sources of bilingual dictionaries. The method of component analysis of the group of authors’ adjective neologisms allows us to conclude that the formation of complex subject adjectives is highly productive. An analytical review revealed structural-semantic characteristics of the adjective class that are directly related to their semantics. Thus, it has been found that studying and comparison of dictionary definitions helps translate complex color definitions in different cultures.

Productivity of word-forming models as a phenomenon of mobility of English language space

This work explores current structural models of word formation and extralinguistic factors of the development of the Lexical System of the English language. The use of structural and semantic analysis makes it possible to identify a group of new economic and financial terms; through linguistic analysis, neologisms formed by productive ways of making words are defined. Word-forming analysis demonstrates the pragmatic aspect of neologisms that contain additional stylistic connotations. The findings contribute to a higher level of men-tal adequacy of translation of special texts and update further development of translation con-cepts. The theoretical significance and practical value of the work lies in the comprehension of general theoretical ideas and definitions, the systematic knowledge of the structural and semantic features of the new terminological vocabulary, as well as the ability to use the results of the study of English word-forming potential in courses in lexicology, theory and practice of translation.

Peculiarities of translation of words play from Russian into Chinese (on the example of V. Pelevin's novel “Generation “P”)

The article dwells upon the features of the translation of the language game from Rus-sian into Chinese. The purpose of this work is to identify the main approaches to the translation of wordplay in the “classic” postmodern novel by V. Pelevin “Generation “P” into Chi-nese. Examples from the novel and its translation, determined by the poetics of various names, were used as the analyzed material; sounding slogans; referring to the texts of iconic songs; playing with English graphics, English expressions in the Russian cultural context; “appeal” to the classics, its catchphrases. Based on the analysis, it was found that the peculiarities of the transfer of wordplay when translating a literary text from Russian into Chinese are due to a number of translation techniques and methods (including replacements, additions, etc.) that allow us to present “playful” postmodern aesthetics which are built on the principles of intertext. Research materials can serve as a basis for the development of translation equivalents in the Russian-Chinese language pair.

This type of discursive processes in the sphere of literary and artistic communication has a communicative super-task: the realization of the basic need of the people for survival, devel-opment and prosperity. It is necessary to reproduce permanently the generations of LP of this ethnic group, who have absorbed its culture, religion, traditions, moral and ethical norms and institutions. The system of research actions within the framework of two main search directions is given in detail: (1) Development of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the LR study of the ethnocultural specifics of folklore discourse. (2) Ethnolinguistic and rhetorical modeling of genre discourse practices of fairy tales and riddles in Russian, Serbian and English folklore discourses. The scientific significance of the research is determined by its comparative nature; the body of the analyzed empirical material of folk Russian-, Serbian- and English-language fairy tales and riddles introduced into scientific circulation; and the pos-tulation of ethnolinguistic and rhetorical study as a special scientific direction. In the educa-tional and applied aspect, the study is important for the university training of a philologist as a professional LP.

The pragmatic potential of interjections in speech

This work discusses the issues reflecting the mechanisms for implementing the illocutionary function of interjections related to the communicative impact on the recipient of speech. The aim is to determine the communicative status of interjections in French and to identify their functioning in speech. The material was the French emotional interjections in the artistic works of French authors. The actual material presented correlates with the theoretical aspects of the study and serves as a basis for substantiating the conclusions: the same pronoun can express a variety of shades of the emotional and mental states of the speaker, depending on the context and its sound design. The research methodology is based on contextual analysis and the method of visualization of prosodical means. The results of the study have a theoretical significance, which is to identify the pragmatic potential of interjections in the speech of the characters of French fiction. The findings can be used in the process of teaching French in courses for interpreting literary text and grammar.

Dialogue functions in the literary text (based on French fictional prose)

The article deals with issues related to the main functions of dialogue as a component of a fiction text. Attempts are made to describe the pragmatic properties of the dialogical ut-terances of the characters of French fiction. Dialogical fragments from the works of contem-porary French authors Henri Troyat and Guillaume Musso are served as the material for the study. The methods of contextual and pragmalinguistic analysis of utterances are used in the work, which allow us, in particular, to interpret the possibilities of the structural units of the language for expressing the intentions of the addressee. It is noted that the functional-communicative approach in the analysis of artistic dialogue opens up new opportunities for the study of the character’s speech behavior. The sequence of presentation of dialogic components in a fiction text carries a significant semantic load, reflecting the regularities of the de-velopment of the original value conflicts. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance lie in identifying the pragmatic functions of dialogical statements in a work of art. The research results can be applied in a practical course of text interpretation in the process of teaching French.

Microlexics of the concept of "bzylfyg" (woman): word-forming aspect

This work deals with the microlexics of the concept of "bzylfyg" (woman), reflecting the ethnocultural meanings of the Adygean language. The study was based on data from a continuous sample of different types of Adygean dictionaries and field entries. Basic lexemes that objectify the concept are determined, the composition of the microlexics of the core and one of the basic lexemes - pshashe (girl) - is characterized. Lexical units (LU) are grouped according to seven characteristics: age, class, functional status of a woman/girl; blood and non-blood affinity; the nominees of the marriage status of a woman and the female pantheon of gods represented in Adygean mythology are identified in a separate group. Methods of formation of words and phrases that form the basis of microlexics of basic woman/girl lex-emes are analyzed. The study used a scientific observation method with discursive analysis. The practical significance of the results of the study is determined by the fact that they can be useful in further considering the cognitive and linguistic cultural aspects, both of the concept of "woman" itself and other groups of concepts that make up the conceptual atmosphere of the Adygean language.

Intentional and stylistic features of the political media texts

We consider the methods of implementing the intent of persuasion, which acts as one of the most important communicative factors of modern media discourse in order to study the language and the style of political media texts. The effectiveness of the intentional method is due to the fact that it allows us to describe not only the linguistic-stylistic, but also the linguistic-pragmatic features of the media discourse products that arise as a result of the interaction of the mass media with the political sphere of society. As a result of the study, it was found that the political texts of the mass media are characterized by increased metaphoricity and in-creased emotionality, due to the pragmatic orientation to the suggestive effect largely dictated by the communicative intentions of the authors.

The relevance of the work is due to the variety of structural variants of parcelled sentences and opens up wide opportunities for the study of parcelling as a specific structural-semantic and emotional-expressive unit of speech that actualizes the prognostic intentions of a specific language personality. As a result of the study, it was found that the parcelled con-struction and the corresponding simple non-parcelled sentence meet the leading criteria for synonymy of syntactic constructions and are therefore syntactic synonyms.

Psychologically relevant content of the basic value ñâîáîäà (“Freedom”) in the ordinary consciousness of Russians

The subject of the research is the features of the basic value ñâîáîäà ”freedom” in the Russian linguoculture which are revealed in the course of linguistic analysis, as well as the content dynamics of the basic value. The purpose of the study is to establish the psychologically relevant content of the basic value”freedom”. The main research method is a free associative experiment conducted among representatives of the Russian linguoculture in 2019. The scientific significance of the work lies in the experimental proof of the change in the rate of the basic values’ dynamics. The results have shown that the reactions reflecting the significance of the traditional components of the concept ñâîáîäà ”freedom” coincide in the lexicographic sources and according to the data of a free associative experiment. This fact justifies the stability of the basic value with all possible changes in its peripheral components. How-ever, it is necessary to note the beginning of the structurally substantial restructuring, which is expressed in a growing number of negative connotations. Despite the fact that the conceptual core of the value ñâîáîäà ”freedom” remains practically unchanged, emotionally evaluative associates show a serious change in the connotations of the word. Thus, the attitude of representatives of the Russian linguoculture to freedom as a basic value has changed. The practical value of the study lies in the following: it is possible to apply the developed methodology in translation studies, intercultural communication, cultural linguistics and other linguistic disciplines taught at the universities.

Poetry of Alim Khanfenov in the flow of time

This work explores the evolution of lyrics in the multifaceted work of Alim Mazanovich Khanfenov (1922-2014), and the facts of the poet's biography, which formed his creative personality. The analysis of the poet's lyrics confirms the idea that thanks to the creative individuality and talent of Alim Khanfenov, the lyrics in Circassian poetry have acquired a new artistic level. It is in the lyrics that the subjective principle, the creative "I" of the poet, and his intellect are of great importance. A. Khanfenov possessed these qualities, developed by life experience and education (participant in the war, graduated from the A.M.Gorky Literary Institute), which influenced his work. Particular attention is paid to the issues of the poet's mastery, the analysis of new pictorial and expressive means used by A.Khanfenov in his lyrics. The author underlines the richness of the motives of A.Khanfenov's poetry, the clarity of the rhythm, and the good sound organization of the verse, which allowed composers to create songs based on the poet's verses, that have become popular. Some children's poems, humorous stories are included in the school curriculum, but the lyrics are also in demand both at school and in universities where Adyg literature is studied. A.Khanfenov's work is considered in the context of Circassian literature.

Compositional and structural features of the narration in the prose of M. Mamakaev (based on the novels "Murid of the Revolution" and "Zelimkhan")

The work of an outstanding Chechen writer, master of lyrical and persuasive speech, Magomed Mamakaev (1910-1973), nowadays again attracts public attention and acquires the sta-tus of an object not only for the response of critics, but also for scientific research in connection with the actualization of the many-year problem of social political conflicts covering the whole world, as well as in connection with a new wave of reassessment of historical events in Russia at the beginning of the twentieth century, in particular, a reassessment of the role of the October Revolution of 1917, including its role in the history of mountain peoples. The aim of the study is to characterize the life and aesthetic events of the novels "Murid of the Revolution" and "Zelimkhan" by M. Mamakaev. The research objectives include: an analysis of the plot and style of the novels; characterization of the images of the main characters; determination of the features of the writer's artistic skill. The results obtained confirm the idea of the unity of opposites in the structure of the narrative, of the dialectical balance of the parts of the whole in the work, of the dominant tone of the author, which surrounds the artistic structure with the “spirit of the whole”, giving all elements the signs of fractality.

Postmodern features of short prose by T.N. Tolstaya

The small prose of T.N. Tolstaya is explored in order to identify in it both general postmodern and individual characteristics. The analysis of the works of T.N. Tolstaya was carried out with the use of the hermeneutic, comparative-contrastive and intertextual methods, which make it possible to consider not only her work, but also all Russian literature of the last decades of the twentieth century as a unique phenomenon. The authors reveal similarities and differences with the works of domestic and foreign writers, which can be traced when considering identical topics. It has been established that the small prose of T.N. Tolstaya is characterized by such common postmodern features as "rejection of foundations or roots", rejection of realism, intertextuality, quotation, irony, which are presented together with individual characteristics - mythology and fabulousness, acting as a manifestation of intertextuality. The results of the study contribute to a more complete understanding of the short prose of T.N. Tolstaya, as well as to the clarification of the postmodern aspect of her work.

On the formation of the story and novel genres on a contemporary theme in the “historical breakthrough prose” in the first half of the 1930s (from the material of the Adyg literatures)

The paper explores the genre and structural-style features of the “historical break-through prose” on a contemporary theme (stories by S. Kozhaev “Nov”, I. Amirokov “Young Foreman”, S. Temirov “Joyous Life”, T. Kerashev’s novel “The Way to Happiness"). The au-thors of this study note the commonality of the named works in terms of problems, conflict, artistic features and their typological connections with Russian literature. The deepening of the concept of personality and the intensification of conflict in creative phenomena lead writ-ers to turn to more voluminous genre forms - the story and the novel. The comparative typo-logical method used in the work makes it possible to conclude that the movement towards various forms of great prose enriches significantly newly written literatures in their accelerated movement to a new stage.

On the poetry features at the turn of the century (from the creative work of Muliat Emizh)

The authors set objectives to identify the typological features of national literature in the work of Muliat Emizh of the late 20 - early 21 centuries, which determine the study of the problem-thematic content, the evolution of the conflict and genre forms of artistic phenomena. The authors establish the strengthening of the problematic nature and attempts to deepen the concept of personality in the collections "Returned Songs", "The Mysterious Sign", "Mountain Lake", etc. The movement towards artistic volume and concentration of poetic means is noted. The influence of folklore and literary traditions on the formation of genre forms of poetry is determined. The reliance on historical-literary and comparative-typological methods makes it possible to draw a conclusion about the reflection in the work of M. Emizh of such features of contemporary literature as liberation from declarativity, journalistic pleonasm and solemnity. This work may be in demand in the study of theoretical problems of the formation of Russian literature of the twentieth century.

    A. Blok and poetic strategies of postmodernism

An analysis is made of the poetry of A. Blok, its relationship with the realistic, semantic and performance aspects of the work of Russian postmodernists. Texts are explored as a way to motivate poetic signs in the postmodern tradition. They make it possible to contextual-ize models of expressiveness in avant-garde poetry and highlight the main paradigms in its interpretation, adapt artistic techniques and searches for a new language. An attention is paid to the peculiarities of the poetic expression and its interaction with the space of the verse. The interest is focused on the dialectic of destructive and creative forces in the deconstruction of the legacy of Vs. Nekrasov, D. Prigov, T. Kibirov, etc. The paper discusses the actual problem for the theory of modern poetry: what has become with the postmodern as the language of describing the era in the 21st century. Particular attention is paid to the continuity of new con-cepts with the previous cultural tradition in negative and positive versions. The theme is especially actualized due to the expressed desire to present the texts of A. Blok and postmodern poetry as a cultural expression of modern times.

The crisis of content verbality in Internet discourse

The paper examines the crisis of content verbality in the Internet discourse, its active visualization associated with new discoveries in the field of computer technology. The aim of the work is to give a multi-aspect characterization of this phenomenon and outline the prospects of its influence on the speech-thinking activity of the younger generation, which makes up the majority of users of social networks. The relevance of this issue is due to the concern of the philological community that the world is becoming less and less linguistic. The novelty lies in the fact that for the first time Internet discourse is considered in the context of the crisis of content verbality. At such a rate of visualization of media texts, it is likely that the crisis of verbality will aggravate, the consequences of which can negatively affect the thinking activity of the younger generation, which is possible only with high linguistic competence.

Adyghe (Circassian) theme in the work of Western European composers of the 19th century

The goal is to consider, in the context of the romanticism aesthetics, the type of reflection of the images of the Caucasus by composers of the 19th century in Western Europe with-out an appeal to the "alien word" and the use of ethnic language elements. Two piano pieces "Circassian March" by the Austrian composer Johann Strauss (son), "Circassian Song" by the German composer Jean Vogt and the play by Alfred Lebeau for harmonium (organ) "Circassian March" are introduced into scientific use. The use of a context approach and musicological tools of analysis allows us to identify significant features of musical poetics of compositions. The author concludes that Western European composers convey foreign imagery through a conditional generalized poetic embodiment of the Caucasus theme. Theoretical sig-nificance lies in the study of the work of European composers, including the "second row", but very significant in identifying the attitude to the Adyghe (Circassian) topic in the culture of Europe of the 19th century and understanding the specifics of reflecting this topic in the work of composers of other musical cultures. Practical significance - in the possibility of sup-plementing the content of disciplines of the national-regional component of educational pro-grams of universities of culture and art.

Suite by A. Beloshitsky “From the Depths of Centuries” in dialogue with the genre tradition of national-historical ballads

This work examines the evolution of romantic ballad in accordion art. For the first time, three stages of its genre evolution are identified. A suite for the converter accordion by A.Beloshitsky “From the Depths of Centuries” was chosen as the analysis material. The pur-pose of the article is to attribute genre-ballad elements in the named work. Methods of theo-retical poetics, holistic and genre musicological analysis were used. The tasks of the work in-clude establishing relationships between the ballad invariant model and its implementation in the named opus, for which the criteria for genre identification of a national-historical ballad are given. These include the genre code – «Man and the historical tragedy of the people», the general intonation of the genre – Nordic sublime, ballad characters – bard, warrior and be-loved and canonical motive thesaurus, which underlies its composition and drama model. It is concluded that the movement from ballad to balladness in suite corresponds to the third stage of genre evolution associated with the destruction of the “true genre form” and its reactualization in the twentieth century is able to act as an instrument for the mythologization of the past.

Violin sonata fis-moll by Paul Natorp in the context of genre development

This work is dedicated to the work of the composer-philosopher Paul Natorp, whose figure is in practice not represented in Russian-language musicology. Realizing that P. Natorp's work can arouse interest from a variety of points of view, we focus our scientific in-terest on the fis-moll Sonata for violin and piano, created during the active formation of new artistic trends in music at the beginning of the twentieth century. Using the works of the so-called “second row” as an example, the fis-moll Sonata can serve as a vivid example of the processes of updating the musical language, including on the basis of rethinking the classical heritage. The musicological analysis of the fis-moll Sonata for violin and piano is based on the historical-stylistic method and intertextuality. It is proved that, being created in line with the traditions of Beethoven, Schumann and Brahms, the fis-moll Sonata for violin and piano by P. Natorp is noted for its musical identity and originality. The theoretical significance of the work lies in filling a gap in the history of the formation of the violin sonata genre in the German school of composition. Practical significance is associated with the opportunity to enrich the violin repertoire through acquaintance with the chamber genre presented in the works of the German musician-philosopher.

The history of the creation of the Lipetsk lacquer miniature (the problems of the school and production crisis)

This work analyzes a previously unexplored part of the history of Russian lacquer miniature painting, which began more than two hundred years ago, but not all of its pages have been studied and elucidated. Few people know that from the seventies of the twentieth century until 2000 there was an artistic craft of the Lipetsk miniature lacquer painting, the founders of which were the miniaturists of Kholui. The paper reveals the unique experience and the school and production crisis. The data obtained in the framework of the presented scientific research were based on the study of the history of the emergence and development of the production of artistic handicrafts, analysis of the crisis and the reasons for the decline of school in their stereotypical and individual associative connections, fixed by specific con-clusions about the unique experience of creating artistic handicrafts in isolation from the places of existence and the reasons of its loss. The obtained data make it possible to understand how to avoid many problematic moments within the system of artistic crafts and the tendencies of their modern development. The research nature of the work is expressed in the pro-posed views and conclusions that draw upon the archival base. In general, the conclusions of this scientific study contribute to the systematization of the analysis of historical experience, the results of which may be of interest in the space of Russian national culture and be used both in educational courses in the field of decorative and applied arts and in artistic and pro-duction activities.

Comparative analysis of the opera “Turandot” by G. Puccini and the Beijing Opera “Princess Turandot”

The paper presents a comparative analysis of the operas “Turandot” and “Princess Turandot”, which is built on the basis of the West-East opposition. In one case, we are talking about the creation of G. Puccini, in the other - about the Peking opera. The aim of the research is to study the specific features of the Peking opera, carried out in reliance on the historical, stylistic and culturological approaches. The study proves that the fundamental discrepancy between the Western classical model and the Peking version of the story about the Chinese princess is determined by the difference in cultural traditions, on the basis of which the men-tality of the creative elite of the West and the East is formed. The theoretical novelty of the study is due to the identification of cultural differences found in such a synthetic genre of musical art as Western opera and Peking opera. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility to use the obtained data in the process of interpretation and reinterpretation of C. Gozzi's fairy tale not in the context of operatic creativity, but also within the framework of the world artistic heritage, of which the play “Princess Turandot” is a part. Staged in 1922 by E. Vakhtangov, it remains in the theater's repertoire today, delighting the audience.

Symbolism of decorative design of ancient Chinese bronzes

The paper is a continuation of the semiotic analysis of ornamental elements decorating ancient Chinese art objects. The mask of Tao-tie (饕餮), including the figures of the dragon Kui making it up, still has no scientific definition, since there is no mention of the depicted, iconostylistic character in any written source. The study is based on the analysis of pictographic images (hieroglyphic inscriptions) on bronze vessels of the Shang Era, revealing the semantics of some specially emphasized details of the pattern. As a result of the study, the significance of the depicted elements is explained: the hui symbol (return) and the "ear" sign (er), confirming the belonging of the image of Tao-tie to the description of the divine primacy and contributing to the understanding of the religious worldview of the dynasties of Xia (2017 -1765 BC), Shang-Yin (1554 - 1046 BC) and Western Zhou (1045 - 770 BC).

In the first part we gave a short overview on stability of solutions of the second-order stochastic differential equations and systems by Lyapunov functions techniques and introduced some mathematical preliminaries from probability theory and stochastic processes. In the second part the construction of Ito’s and Stratonovich’s stochastic integrals is given. In the third part, analog of the chain rule for stochastic differentials (Ito’s formula) is presented. The stochastic differential equations in the sense of Ito and in the sense of Stratonovich are introduced. The existence and uniqueness theorem for solutions of stochastic differential equations is formulated. In the present fourth part of the work basic facts from the theory of stability of stochastic differential equations are briefly given. The basic definitions of stability in different senses of stochastic differential systems are presented, the basic general theorems on stability are formulated in terms of the existence of Lyapunov functions, which are stochastic analogs of the classical Lyapunov’s theorems on stability. The concept of stochastic dissipative systems is given. A theorem is formulated which gives conditions for existence of periodic and stationary solutions in terms of auxiliary functions for differential equations with a random periodic in time right-hand side, which is a periodic or stationary process.

Planar vector fields with central symmetry: roughness and first degree of non-roughness

We consider the space of smooth vector fields defined in a closed domain D on the plane, invariant under the central symmetry and transversal to the boundary D. The set of vector fields that are rough with respect to this space is described; it is shown that it is open and everywhere dense. In the set of all non-rough vector fields, an open everywhere dense subset consisting of vector fields of the first degree of non-roughness is distinguished.

On acyclicity of quadratic system with two non-rough foci

It is proved that a system of differential equations, the right-hand sides of which are second-order polynomials, has no limit cycles if it has only two equilibrium states in the bounded part of the phase plane, and they are the equilibrium states of the second group.

Development and research of software and methods for constructing quantum algorithms for solving NP class problems

In modern science and technology, there is a constant need to solve such strategically important tasks as predicting the weather and calculating climatic changes, creating cancer drugs, processing signals from the Universe to search for extraterrestrial civilizations, processing symbolic information, cryptanalysis, and anticipatory calculation of the trajectories of moving air and space objects, etc. The practical implementation of the listed tasks on modern, even supercomputer systems requires an unacceptably long period of time or is impossible at all. The scientific novelty of this direction is expressed in the development of a methodology for constructing a modular modeling system of quantum computing with an open architecture, as well as a modeling system for executing quantum algorithms. The aim of the work is to consider techniques for modeling quantum computations and implementing algorithms for solving NP class problems.

Organization of secure remote access for an employee of a commercial company working outside the office

The article discusses the methods and features of organizing remote access by employees of a commercial company who perform their official duties while out of the office, which is relevant due to the need for isolation in a pandemic. The use of public data transmission channels re-quires the use of effective information security systems. Based on the consideration of data transmission threats inherent in remote access and ways to neutralize them, this paper suggests options for replacing foreign software used in Russian commercial companies with similar domestic functions in terms of the import substitution trend.

Photogrammetric measurement system generating algorithm by primary input data

the process of automating the solution of applied measurement tasks, including on the basis of photogrammetric methods, there is a problem of compliance of the measurement system with the object and measurement conditions. In order for the measuring system to assess in advance the possibility of obtaining reliable results, as well as to best adapt to the conditions of measurement, it is necessary to have specialized algorithms and models. In general, such models are aimed at qualified technicians with the necessary knowledge in the field of information technology. A feature of the application of photogrammetric measurement systems in the forestry and metallurgical industry is the low qualification of users in the field of information technology, which is determined by the nature of the work performed and the conditions of attraction. This factor does not solve the problem of adjusting the system by traditional methods in which the user controls the configuration process. In this regard, the article proposes a model and algorithm for forming a measuring system from primary input data, in which the system itself controls the adjustment process.

Development of the malware detection model based on an analysis of API request sequences

An analysis of the relevance of existing works on the study of neural network algorithms for detecting malicious software made it possible to determine the optimal approach to solving the problem of virus recognition. A dataset has been generated containing sequences of system re-quests for 2083 executable files. Training the recurrent neural network model on the generated dataset made it possible to obtain a classifier with a malware recognition accuracy of 97.6%. The key aspect of the significance of the work lies in the practical orientation of the research – the resulting model will be applied as a component of a system for complex analysis of malicious software.

THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF PERSONNEL TRAINING AND RETRAINING OF PERSONNEL

The effective activity of the organization in the modern conditions of the formation of the market turned out to be more dependent than ever before on the use of the capabilities of scientific and technological progress and employees of all production structures. From a practical point of view, personnel has been considered as the main resource since the 90s of the twentieth century, because it is he who plays a leading role in achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise. The efficiency of the enterprise in modern conditions depends to a large extent on how the professional and qualification qualities of employees correspond to the needs of the organization for personnel in qualitative and quantitative terms. Personnel management should be comprehensive and based on the concept that the employees of the organization are considered as human resources or human capital. One of the important activities in human resource management is training and retraining of personnel. Improving the professional qualifications and business qualities of personnel is currently an urgent problem for a number of reasons.
