TURKISH MODEL OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (1920TH – EARLY 21ST CENTURY): BASIC AND DISTINCTIVE FEATURES

One of the basic elements of the world community functioning in all epochs was the economy. This immutable axiom has become even more relevant in the period of modern history. The highly developed countries of Western Europe, the USA and Japan, having achieved leading positions in economic development, do not intend to concede them to anyone. However, a considerable number of Eastern countries, in particular, do not want to put up with the existing order of things and challenge the recognized leaders of a kind of economic race. Turkey is one of such ambitious Eastern countries with a worthy historical, cultural and civilizational heritage. The purpose of the article is to analyze the main features, distinctive features, key periods, advantages and problems of the development of the Turkish economy from the 1920s to the beginning of the 21st century. The following scientific research methods were used in the preparation of the article: narrative, historical-genetic, historical-retrospective, periodization method, comparative-historical, historical-typological, and problem-chronological. An analysis of the development of the Turkish economy in the designated chronological framework gives grounds to assert that along with its indisputable achievements, it also has a number of problems that are still unresolved. Among them, problems in the agricultural sector should be noted, such as: the presence of unprofitable small farms; low yields, in particular, of grain crops; significant vulnerability of crop production from weather conditions; progressive soil erosion. In the industrial field, Turkey also faces many tasks that require urgent solutions, including a significant gap in the standard of living between the western and eastern parts of the country; the unresolved problem of sufficiently high inflation; significant dependence of the economy on external borrowings; excess of foreign exchange expenses over foreign exchange income; high unemployment rate; tangible external debt, etc.

THE POTENTIAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF "BLACK TOURISM": ARE THERE ANY PROSPECTS? (FROM THE MATERIAL OF SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES AND ELECTRONIC MEDIA)

The article discusses the benefits of promoting "Black tourism" in Russia. The development of "Black tourism" is due to the fact that today this type of tourist activity arouses curiosity among tourists to visit places with historical, mystical significance and associated with mass deaths, tragedies and disasters. In English-speaking science this trend is called "dark tourism". At the present stage, this topic is under development and requires further research. The media is also actively developing this topic on its pages. The relevance of this study is that today scientific publications and the media play an important role in the development of tourism. It is especially significant for the development of domestic tourism market in Russia, in terms of promoting patriotism, for example, through the prism of organizing tours with visits to the places of military operations during the Great Patriotic War. The study was based on the application of various methods: the method of selection and analysis of information, as well as the descriptive method. The empirical basis of the study consisted of scientific articles and publications of Russian Internet media on the stated topic. The novelty of the research is to reveal the potential of the media in the promotion and development of various types of tourism.

PECULIARITIES OF THE TRANSFORMATION OF RUSSIAN LANGUAGE NORMS IN A MULTIETHNIC REGION

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the regional features of the transformation of the norms of the Russian language in a multiethnic region, a vivid example of which is the Astrakhan region. Modern realities affect the transformation of the norms of the Russian language. The results of the study indicate that most of the population of the Astrakhan region uses social networks, which notes that social networks affect the transformation of the norms of the Russian language. It is believed that foreign words enrich the native language and Astrakhans actively use Anglicisms. The expert community supports the results of the quantitative interview when it comes to the thesis that the norm of the modern Russian language can be considered as what dictionaries and linguists prescribe. The language must be protected, it is necessary to fight for the purity of the language by all available means. In the Astrakhan region, a dialect of the Russian language is widespread, enriched with Turkic words. In the local community, dialect words are widely used that define the regional ecosystem: these are toponyms, ichthyos and ornithofauna, etc. Information technologies are rapidly changing language norms that create unique linguistic sociocultural continuums, the so-called "network communities". Communication in social networks leads to the liberalization of the norms of the literary language, which are no longer mandatory.

FEATURES OF MODERN TRANSFORMATIONAL PROCESSES OF THE FESTIVE SYSTEM OF RUSSIA AND KUBAN

The article deals with the changes that have occurred in the festive system of Russia and Kuban in the post-Soviet period. The concept of "holiday" has repeatedly become the subject of scientific research (M.M. Bakhtin, J. Heizinga, Y. Lotman, etc.), and the historically formed Russian festive system, but its changes in the post-Soviet period are not fully covered, and the ongoing processes are so rapid that they require analysis and comprehension again and again. The types of the most common holidays are distinguished and some transformational changes are determined. The modern Russian festive system is eclectic; holidays of different origin, opposite conceptuality, social purposefulness and scale coexist in it, and transformations relating to both the entire system as a whole and individual festive forms continue. Changes in the living conditions of social groups and strata act as the basis for the transformation of the festive culture and the festive system; political, social and economic environment; and social consciousness, expressed in the culture and spiritual values of society, the state, social group and personality. The colossal ethnic diversity of the South of Russia and the growing flow of migrants from other regions of the country make the regional festive system complex and multipolar. It is formed purposefully by state and public bodies and takes into account the cultural and religious traditions of not only the national majority, but also the diaspora.

STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN TERMS OF INTERACTION: HISTORICAL AND SOCIOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVES (ARTICLE 2)

This article serves as a continuation of the study of the dynamics of local self-government with an emphasis on the state component of politogenesis processes. The author proposes a historical and sociological examination, fixing the consistently increasing control over the structures of local government by the highest authorities. The substantive content of institutional forms of self-government reflects the general nature of the interaction between society and the state, which in turn is due to the circle of natural and social circumstances. The current local government is the result of both the historical process and the integrated impact of modern sources of various levels, among which it is necessary to distinguish global factors, national factors, regional factors, mainly arising from specific territorial specifics. The category "political and managerial tradition" has been proposed, with the involvement of which it is advisable to study the national specifics of local self-government. The political and managerial tradition assumes its own essential specifics, being the result of the interweaving of many factors of a constant and variable plan that work throughout the historical development of the political component of this society.

UNREGISTERED COHABITATION AS A MODEL OF THE MARRIAGE STRATEGY OF MODERN YOUTH

The process of transformation of the institution of the family is formed under the influence of various destructive phenomena, among which modern globalization processes play a special role. The core of these processes are Western European values, blurring traditional ideas about family and marriage, forming a hierarchy of values associated with the choice of various forms and models of marriage, among which unregistered cohabitation is particularly popular. The relevance of the research topic is related to the actualization of new forms and models of the modern family based on the refusal to register a marriage union. In the course of a sociological study, it was found that a certain part of respondents did not exclude the model of marital partnership in the conditions of cohabitation, which largely reflects the Russian trend of increasing the number of young people living in the format of unregistered cohabitation. Methods. The empirical basis of the study was made up of the works of Russian scientists and the results of an independent sociological study that allow analyzing the phenomenon of unregistered cohabitation in the context of sociocultural transformations of Russian society. The results of the study. It is proved that the processes taking place in modern society have a significant impact on the formation of value preferences of the younger generation in the choice of forms of modern family. Among them unregistered cohabitation is particularly popular as a model of marriage strategy which determines the nature of family and marriage relations, focused on the individualization of values in the youth environment. Conclusion. Unregistered cohabitation is becoming widespread, reflecting the desire of young people to individualize values and refuse to register marital relations, indicating the transformation of the values of the traditional family in the conditions of a variety of forms and models of marriage, which have a special appeal from the younger generation.

SUBJECTIVE ASSESSMENTS OF THE CONDITIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN DEPRESSED TERRITORIES

For the economic security of the country, it is necessary to promote the sustainable and balanced spatial development of the Russian Federation. In this regard, the formation and preservation of the human capital of the population in depressed areas is of particular importance. They often become regions-drivers of quantitative reproduction of the population, and are also characterized by the presence of growth zones. The purpose of this work is to identify subjective assessments of the problems, opportunities and prospects for the development of human capital in territories lagging behind in many socio-economic indicators (depressed territories). The analysis of statistical data made it possible to identify such territories in the Perm region. During the study, Mixed Methods Research was used, including a semi-formalized interview of civil servants and a quota questionnaire survey of the population of a depressed area. In the course of the questionnaire survey, it was revealed that residents negatively assess local medicine, highlighting a number of problems in this area: lack of medical personnel, closure of healthcare facilities, and poor material and technical security. The population is satisfied with the quality and accessibility of the education system. In both areas, most of the respondents negatively assess the changes that have taken place over the past 10-15 years. The population approves assessments of the accessibility and quality of sports infrastructure. An analysis of the reproductive attitudes of the population of the depressed territory showed a favorable attitude towards the birth of children. Three-quarters of respondents attributed the search for work due to the high level of unemployment to the factors that encourage the departure of residents from the Komi-Permyak District. The results of the expert interview generally confirm the conclusions that were made during the questionnaire survey. Additionally, a number of problems were voiced that were not addressed in the survey: the logistics of patients, excessive state support contributes to the development of dependency, the lack of a differentiated approach to subsidizing agriculture, the transportation of students to the place of study, the study of the Komi-Permyak language contributes to the knowledge of the world around and overcoming the conformity of the population. Promising sectors of the Komi-Permyak economy are agriculture, logging and woodworking. It is concluded that subjective assessments of the conditions for the formation of human capital turned out to be due to the objective characteristics of the study area.

THE CONTENT OF DIGITALIZATION IN THE FIELD OF CULTURE: METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE STUDY

The article discusses the concept of “digitalization”, “digitalization in the field of culture”. The semantic and etymological analysis of the term is carried out, differences in the understanding of digitalization in foreign and domestic science are revealed. The author attempts to systematize methodological approaches to the study of digitalization in the cultural sphere. The technological, infrastructural, paradigmatic, regional-network, “innovative”, globalistic and economic methodological approaches applied by researchers in the study of innovative processes carried out in the process of digitization of objects of literature and art, as well as in the management of cultural institutions, are analyzed. The researcher points out the contradictions in the modern use of the term under study. The clarification of the concept of “digitalization” and the integration of various methodological approaches to its study seems relevant. The study made shows that digitalization as a "digitization" of works of art and culture creates the conditions for expanding the managerial capabilities of cultural institutions. Its technological nature gives reason to new sociocultural practices, which in the conditions of the information society strengthen the mental transformations of modern society.

CULTURAL LIFE OF STUDENTS DURING THE PANDEMIC

In the presented work, an analysis of the cultural life of students during the pandemic is carried out. The definition of students in the modern sense is given. The key trends in this direction have been studied. The incentives for association in the cultural direction are characterized. With the help of a social survey, it is concluded which areas of life have changed, how the pandemic has affected the leisure and creativity of students. The article describes how culture includes the totality of people's habits and learned social roles in everyday life. Its other key fragment is the community of interests of citizens. Any enterprise has its own corporate culture, as the members of the team also pursue the same goal and adhere to a certain model of behavior established by labor standards. Culture as a multifaceted concept, which includes attitudes, values and knowledge, material objects, is shared by group members. This is a dynamically developing system, changing along with the society itself. The connection between culture and youth is shown, especially in conditions where such an experience has not happened before.

    LANGUAGE CULTURAL POLICY IN KAZAKHSTAN

The paper examines the language regional-cultural policy of Kazakhstan in the post-Soviet era. The author identifies the dominant value characteristics of this policy and compares the planned results with the real ones and the attitude towards them among politicians and specialists. The publication presents legislative framework of language policy in Kazakhstan, a roadmap for its implementation, as well as ideological justifications for the introduction of a trilingualism program (English, Kazakh, Russian) into the country's multi-level system of general and special education. The research materials comprise open Internet sources of Kazakhstan official ministries and departments, data from the 2021 annual statistical reports and census, documents of akimats (administrative entities) of the Republic, an analysis of scientific and popular science literature devoted to the problems of the state and development of languages in the region, and personal observations obtained during scientific events and communications with Kazakhstani colleagues. The mismatch of the official results of the trilingualism program with those presented by independent experts and sociological researchers in specific regions is diagnosed. Cultural innovations are characterized as close to shock. Nevertheless, significant changes in the language and information and technological spheres of Kazakhstan culture are shown. Significant successes of the trilingualism program are demonstrated in large cities of the country (Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Karaganda).

THE PROBLEM OF OVERCOMING NEGATIVE FORMS OF ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE POLICE

In modern Russian society, there is a tendency to widely spread negative stereotypes of police perception. The level of trust in law enforcement agencies is consistently low. At the same time, even those members of society who do not have personal experience of interacting with police officers become carriers of a negative attitude towards them. In these conditions, understanding the specifics of the problem and possible ways to solve it becomes relevant. The article is devoted to studying the role of the media in representing the negative image of a police officer and analyzing the possibilities of using media resources to overcome the prevailing stereotypes. The publication shows that the image of law enforcement officers is formed through the reproduction of inertial thinking, which consolidates stereotypical ideas and, thereby, retranslates the negative experience of interaction between certain groups of the population with police officers. At the same time, there are neutral and even positive information images of the police in society, but they are qualified as an exception rather than a norm. It is concluded that the formation of a positive image of a police officer is feasible through the production and demonstration of artistic products that acquaint a wide audience with the specifics of the functioning of the law enforcement system "from the inside".

Toward the anniversary of the scientist ASLANCHERIY TKHAKUSHINOV AND HIS EXPERIENCE AS A SOCIOLOGIST OF LITERATURE (TOWARD THE 75-TH ANIVERSARY OF THE SCIENTIST)

The anniversary of Aslancheriy Kitovich Tkhakushinov, who has a number of scientific works in the field of sociology of literature in both theoretical and North Caucasus fields, is very noticeable today. This activity is known in science, but little is considered analytically, which led to the obvious relevance of the topic. The purpose of the study is at least an overview listing of the main monographic publications of the scientist with the possible identification of the core trends of the author's scientific approach. The methods here are overview and analytical, without exception of comparative. The scientist is most captured by the conditional (both theoretical and textual) node of sociology and literature. A phased, thoughtful and attentive appeal to the topic of the connections of Adyghe literature with historical society continues in his scientific works throughout the second half of the past and at the beginning of the new century. Then an almost absolute ban on sociology in Soviet times was replaced by its complete abolition in the new millennium, in which A.K. Tkhakushinov actively joined. His inherent ability to organize, revive and build noticeable, impressive projects, as well as the thoroughness of the intellectual and emotional circles, all this allowed him to achieve serious scientific success.

PROSPECTS FOR IMPORT SUBSTITUTION IN THE FIELD OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY IN THE CONTEXT OF SANCTIONS

The article discusses the current trends in the development of a modern economy based on the creation, analysis, storage and transmission of information. The necessity of digital transformation of the economy and management as one of the most important factors in improving the competitiveness of the country is substantiated. The article describes the change in the priorities of digital transformation in the Russian Federation as a result of the increased influence of negative environmental factors. Serious threats to the successful implementation of the planned priorities may arise as a result of increased sanctions pressure on our country. It is high-tech and high-tech products and innovative technologies that have become one of the primary goals of the sanctions imposed against our country. A systematic solution to these problems is possible only by activating the policy of import substitution, the need for which has been talked about for quite a long time, but its real pace and results are noticeably inferior to those planned. Russian telecom operators and enterprises will be more interested in acquiring domestic equipment and software if they are offered in a single package. Priority areas of state support for the digitalization of the economy and management have been identified, designed to ensure technological sovereignty and information security.

Intercategorial interactions in taxis semantic complexes

The issue of intercategorial interactions in taxis semantic complexes is of research interest. The taxis category forms syncretic segments of integrative interaction with the interconnected functional-semantic categories of temporality, aspectuality and quantitivity. These categories constitute a single temporal-aspectual-taxis semantic macrocomplex, within which various taxis semantic complexes and subcomplexes of simultaneity and non-simultaneity are distinguished. Actualization of taxis categorial situations of simultaneity and non-simultaneity “occurs” in taxis semantic complexes and subcomplexes, acting as a result of intercategorial interactions and inter-sections.

Verb phrases in the Avar and English languages

In order to identify similarities and differences between verb phrases of the Avar and English languages, a comparative analysis of these phrases in both languages was carried out. Various models of verb phrases are considered. Transitive and intransitive verbs can be combined with dependent nouns, adverbs, pronouns, verbs, numerals, and even substantivized adjec-tives.The types of subordinate relation are analyzed: if in English it is government and adjunction, then in Avar, along with government and adjunction, government is carried out with agreement or adjunction with agreement. The types of semantic-syntactical relations realized in the indicated units (object, adverbial, attributive – adverbial) are investigated. Most productive and least frequent types of verb phrases in the compared languages are revealed. If verb-nominal, verb-verbal, verb-adverbial phrases are quite common in both languages, then the least productive models were found, for example, verb + numeral. It is emphasized that in the Avar language the dependent component comes before the principal one, while in English, on the contrary, the dependent word follows the core component.

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of the translation of metaphorical con-structions and is based on the analysis of metaphors in the novels of the famous writer Francis Scott Fitzgerald. It is noted that metaphors often carry a rather deep meaning, which can be diffi-cult for representatives of another culture, different from the culture of the language in which the work itself is written. The work presents six of the most common ways to translate metaphors. Each of the methods is justified by an example from a particular work of Francis Scott Fitzgerald. The publication pays attention to important aspects in the translation of metaphors, which are: preservation of the meaning of the metaphor, preservation of its stylistic coloring and preservation of the emotional effect that it produces on the reader.

Mentality as a basic component of language consciousness

The work explores the concept of "mentality" as a fundamental component of linguistic consciousness. The analysis is made of the definitions of mentality / mental structure, language mentality / speech mentality, the common properties of which are the mental organization of objects, phenomena, images, all human experience into concepts and their interpretation by means of language signs. This linguistic knowledge, formed by a person in the process of perceiving objects of the real world in the form of primary and secondary images, organize linguistic consciousness. The concept of "mental representation" is also analyzed, the main means of expression of which are concepts, stereotypes, nationally labeled lexemes, precedent phenomena, etc.

Use of English-language borrowings in the Adyghe modern language

The article discusses the interaction of the Adyghe, Russian and English languages. The idea is substantiated that one of the main results of any contact is the impact of one language on another, resulting in lexical units borrowing. Characteristic features of the development of English-speaking borrowings in the Adyghe modern language are distinguished and described. Based on the analysis of newspaper-journalistic vocabulary, it is established that borrowing is the most productive source of replenishment of the vocabulary of the Adyghe language, and the press in modern conditions is the main source of fixation of new words and meanings.

Conceptuality of approaches to creating personality types in the novel by A. Evtykh "A Street in Its Entire Length"

The work actualizes the issue of the concept of personality, which is largely determinative in the process of identifying the features of the creative method of the writer and which is the semantic and conceptual center of the realistic text. The main types of personalities, methods of their creation were identified and described, on the basis of which the author's position and the evolution of his creative method were determined, which, in our opinion, lies in deepening psychologism and moving away from stereotypization and ideologization in creating artistic images of heroes. The author shows that the creative method of A. Evtykh is developing in line with the trends of the general literary process of the second half of the 20th century and is innovative in nature.

Structural and semantic features of philological prose

The paper considers new species and genre nominations of the epic form - prose non-fiction and a philological novel. A review of literary and critical recipes is being carried out, bas-ing on which conclusions are made on the issue of the artistic and species specifics of philological prose. Signs of philological prose in Russian literature appeared already in the 1920s and were reflected in the authors' desire to transfer the techniques of a scientific and literary critical article to the fiction text. Also, the share of the presence of the author and real persons in the text significantly increased, with the author becoming a full-fledged character in the work. The research shows that the main signs of philological prose are the inclusion in the fiction text of a significant layer of literary-critical and scientific discourse, the dominance of real rather than fictional characters.

Metaphorical component elements of the concept "home" (Russian literature of the first half of the 19th century and Gaston Bachelard)

The article represents an attempt to analyze metaphors and at the same time to justify theoretically the concept of "home", sufficiently developed in Russian literature of the 19th century and in literary criticism. It is this implicitly suggests the thematization and problematization of the "center of the concept," which has undergone deep transformations. In particular, we can even talk about its autonomous existence, about the development of works of art within it according to its own laws. From the point of view of genesis, the image of the Home can be classified, and its discourses can be ordered according to individual authors, a separate work or a number of works of one writer. The above was fully reflected in the content of the article, covering a large range of texts of Russian literature. In addition, the context of the analysis was complemented by the study of the French philosopher and aesthetics Gaston Bachelard "The Poetics of Space", which has been actively functioning in literary criticism in recent decades.

The image of the world in the patterns of Mari traditional embroidery

The article presents the experience of artistic interpretation and integrative description of the ornamental patterns of the Mari embroidery, as one of the most important parts of the material culture of the Mari people. The motifs, iconic plots and compositions of traditional embroidery involved in creating “the image (picture) of the world" are considered and semantically comprehended. It is shown that embroidery, which ornamentally adorns the national costume, having a complex symbolic content, is closely interconnected with the spiritual culture of the people under study - worldview, mythology, religious beliefs, its customs and rituals. A stable representation of the traditional basis of the ornament and its direct relation to objects and phenomena of Nature, animated, especially revered by the Mari, are revealed. It is determined that the ornament is an expression of religious perception of the world. These ideas about the surrounding world, so figuratively conveying the vision of the picture of the world, are vividly reflected in the patterns of traditional Mari embroidery - the keeper of ancient knowledge about the gods and the universe, cosmic order, space and time.

On the stochastic stability in the large of solutions of the nonlinear second-order differential equations perturbed by white noise. IV

This paper is a continuation of the previous paper and presents the fourth part of the authors’ work. In the work, nonlinear autonomous second-order differential equations with random right-hand sides of the type of white noise are considered. In the first four parts of the work, we present some mathematical preliminaries from probability theory, stochastic processes, theory of stochastic differential equations and stability theory of stochastic equations. In the fourth part, we give the basic definitions of stochastic stability, the notion of Lyapunov’s functions for the systems of stochastic differential equations, and basic theorems from the stability theory of stochastic differential equations are formulated. In the work, new sufficient conditions for stochastic asymptotic stability of solutions of the nonlinear second-order Ito’s stochastic differential equations are obtained. The probabilistic estimations of the remaining of a random trajectory in a bounded region of the phase plane are given. As an example, harmonic oscillator perturbed by white noise random process is considered.

Medical information systems and reference approaches in developing their information models are increasingly based on principles that model three different types of information: patient data, terminology, and medical decision support. Well-defined interfaces are required between these three model types. The main problems that arise when defining such interfaces are the interactions between ontological and logical conclusions. The paper presents a concept-driven software development approach, where conceptual primitives are appropriately provided to define static, dynamic, and conversational aspects.

INFLUENCE OF PERFECTIONISM OF INTELLECTUALLY GIFTED ADOLESCENTS ON THE PECULIARITIES OF THEIR INTERACTION WITH SUBJECTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The paper discusses the social education of intellectually gifted adolescents. As a factor determining the characteristics of their social development, the authors consider the perfectionism of intellectually gifted adolescents, their desire for excellence and high achievements. The publication presents the results of an empirical study focused on identifying the features of the influence of different types of perfectionism on the nature of the interaction of intellectually gifted adolescents with the subjects of the educational process: with teachers, parents, peers (classmates). The study involved 196 adolescents, characterized by explicit and latent intellectual giftedness, with a high IQ and a high level of general mental abilities, but varying degrees of severity of learning motivation. As a result of the study, the interrelationships between the perfectionism of intellectually gifted adolescents and the type of their communicative orientation were disclosed, and the features of the influence of perfectionism of intellectually gifted adolescents on the perception of teachers, parents and classmates of their attitude towards them and the nature of interpersonal interaction between them were revealed. The research shows that one of the important trends of pedagogical support for the social development of intellectually gifted adolescents is to reduce the level of their perfectionism associated with the egocentric tendencies of their personality and perception of them as suspicious, selfish, stubborn and persistent people who withdraw and insulate themselves from the entire social environment.

PREVENTION OF SCHOOL SHOOTING IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AS THE MAIN AREA OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SERVICE SPECIALISTS

In the modern socio-cultural conditions of globalization and informatization, new types of destructive behavior are being formed among the adolescents and young people. Thus, one of the extreme forms of aggression in educational institutions is school shooting. Some researchers consider school shooting as the armed attack, planned and organized in/on the territory of an educational institution (at any level) by one or more students with the aim of mass murder. Other researchers consider school shooting as a shooting committed on the territory of an educational organization or at a school event by a student or students enrolled or recently graduated from an educational organization, as a result of which there are two or more victims. THE ROLE OF MUSIC IN STUDENTS EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

This paper discusses the use of music education for various purposes: from musical talent development to therapy for mentally retarded children. Therefore, the main thing in music education should be the formation of emotional sphere and love for musical culture development rather than the further development of the students’ musical talent. The 21st century musical pedagogy has done a lot in this direction. The main thing in pedagogical activity is active communication with music in sparing mode, in which the degree of responsibility for the result increases gradually, and the learning process takes place naturally, without using compulsion. Numerous studies in the field of music education show that musical talent is necessary for a further professional career. However, for a harmoniously developed personality, understanding of music, presence of musical culture and the ability to appreciate a particular piece of music are necessary. For that, students need motivation and social support to achieve success in music. Family environment, general musical culture, and individual interest are very important for effective and successful musical education. They play a much greater role than the abilities for music, the mere presence of which cannot guarantee creative success without an effort. Modern psychological and pedagogical methodologies are aimed at developing children’s emotional background through music and at overcoming psychological fears and clamps. That is why the music lessons can be used as a developmental therapy for children with mental retardation or with an autism spectrum disease. They help to form communication skills and expand child's interaction scope, teach to overcome not only emotional stress, but also muscle clamps, affect the child's fine and gross motor skills, if the child dances to music or just beats the rhythm.

TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PREVENTION OF SUICIDAL BEHAVIOR AMONG GIFTED ADOLESCENTS

The problem of prevention of suicidal behavior among gifted adolescents remains one of the most acute problems in modern realities. Adolescence is the most unstable to life stresses, therefore teenagers are not always able to assess the situation sensibly on their own, solve the problem and assess its scale and consequences. In addition, a gifted teenager, due to his intellectual or creative differences from other teenagers, is more likely to face socio-psychological problems. The aim of the study is to theoretically substantiate and develop a technology for the prevention of suicidal behavior among gifted adolescents. The system-forming idea of the developed technology is the formation of social and personal viability in gifted adolescents - a personal resource for coping with suicidal ideological manifestations. For successful social adaptation, adolescents need personal qualities that contribute to overcoming life difficulties, constructive interaction with people around them, responsible attitude to their lives and the lives of people around them. Suicide preventive work with gifted adolescents is a set of measures aimed at providing assistance and support to this category of children. This is a multifaceted work, which implies the complete or partial elimination of problems and difficulties that arise in adolescents in the process of their socialization by means of organizing training activities to overcome adolescents' fears and complexes; providing social, psychological, legal, medical assistance to a teenager. The paper presents the results of the ascertaining stage of the experiment. The ascertaining experiment was conducted based on the Republican Natural Science-Mathematical School and the Regional Center for the Identification and Support of Gifted Children "Polaris-Adyghea" in the Republic of Adyghea, in Maykop.

FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION IN PUPILS OF SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OF A CLOSED TYPE

According to the Federal State Educational Standard of General Education, the main task facing the education system is to prepare students for a conscious choice of further education, professional self-determination, and professional activity. In fact, this task of forming students' readiness for professional self-determination acquires additional social significance for children with deviant behavior, because their professional self-determination after graduation from special educational institutions is a necessary condition for their successful socio-pedagogical rehabilitation. At the same time, psychological and pedagogical research has a large number of developed methods and tools for the formation of a "norm group" of readiness for professional self-determination in adolescents, but these developments are not fully suitable for working with deviant adolescents – pupils of special educational institutions of a closed type. It is also particularly difficult to combine the formation of readiness for professional self-determination with their socio-pedagogical rehabilitation among pupils of special educational institutions of a closed type. In most modern studies, the problem of professional self-determination of adolescents who find themselves in a difficult life situation and stay in special educational institutions is actually being developed based on modernization of traditional career guidance work organized at a comprehensive school, which contributes little to their socio-pedagogical rehabilitation. Within the framework of this work, we describe the technology of formation of readiness for professional self-determination in adolescents with deviant behavior in the conditions of special educational institutions of a closed type.

THE RAE CENTER IN THE ADYGHEA REPUBLIC AND THE ORGANIZATION OF SYSTEMIC WORK WITH GIFTED CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

Early identification and development of giftedness among the younger generation is the driving force behind the improvement of the education system in the world. Each member of society is unique in its own way, possessing certain abilities and special characteristics. The development and improvement of these abilities begins in early childhood, when the child begins to explore and learn about his environment. The question arises about the further development of the child, which involves systemic work at various levels. In this work, the basis is the complex interaction of various institutions of the educational environment, aimed at the comprehensive development of young talents, their successful adaptation in society, the formation and education of a citizen who is ready to make decisions and be responsible for them. This approach is the main one when interacting with this contingent of children and adolescents. Gifted children and adolescents, as a special group, require the teacher to have certain competencies and characteristics that require knowledge and possession of various forms, tools and technologies of teaching. This paper reflects the results of a statistical study in which gifted adolescents from secondary schools in the city of Maikop took part. In the course of the study, the levels of formation of the social and personal viability of students were studied, the levels of manifestation of creativity in various subjects were determined, and recommendations-principles for organizing systemic work with gifted children were given. An analysis of the existing practice of working with gifted children in the Adyghea Republic is being carried out. The role of the Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Education in the Adyghea Republic in the development of the concept of identifying and supporting gifted children is highlighted. Recommendations and proposals have been made to improve and develop the system of work with gifted children.

    A FUTURE COACH’S PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT

The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the need to form the skills of professional self-development of the future coach and the insufficient development of the structure, content and methodological support of professional self-development. Currently, the labor market needs specialists with the skills of self-actualization, self-analysis, and self-education. These skills are largely determined by the level of professional self-development and are included in its content. Self-development is closely related to self-education, since the person himself establishes the goal and tasks. Also, the key point of professional self-development is the problem of motivation. The professional self–development of the future coach includes three inextricably linked and complementary components - activity, motivational, reflexive. Research on this problem requires the development of the content of the coach's self-development activities and their implementation into practice. The purpose of the study was to develop and experimentally substantiate a model of professional self-development of a future coach. It was assumed that the developed model of professional self-development of the future coach would contribute to increasing students' motivational, activity and reflexive components for self-development activities through the formation of relevant knowledge, competences, skills and needs. It was revealed that the components of professional self-development of a future coach should be considered in the system. The features of the interrelationships of the levels of motivation and reflection of future coaches are considered. As a result of the study of the content of the components of professional self-development, positive statistically significant changes were found. The ways of organizing the process of professional self-development of the future coach are determined. They should be considered in the system of activity, motivational and reflexive components of professional self-development.

CONCEPTUAL ELEMENTS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF CONTEXTUAL SITUATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF MIDDLE-LEVEL LAWYERS

The paper provides an analysis of theoretical approaches to defining contextual situations as a scientific phenomenon and object of pedagogical design. The typology of contexts is structured based on fundamental set theory, where each element reflects a specific feature, with each structural element being concatenated with the next and representing a single system of interconnected components. The objects that make up the classification structure must not exclude each other, cannot belong to different groups at the same time, and must relate to the nature of the entire area for which this classification is developed and in which it exists. The author highlights the levels, sub-levels of objects division within the classification based on the general scientific method of systematization of objects of pedagogical reality, and principles of a contextual approach in conditions of inter-subject integration. The features and structure of problematic situations in the professional field of inclusive culture are described. Existing options for constructing various classifications of problematic practical-oriented tasks in current researches of the humanities are presented. Based on systematized theories, the nature and essence of the concept "contextual situation in the system of professional training of mid-level lawyers" is disclosed. A classification of contextual situations has been developed, which should be used in the process of high-quality professional training of a lawyer in the system of secondary professional education. A description of the basic types of contextual situations is given in accordance with the levels of professional competencies of the future mid-level lawyer.

SOCIAL AND COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING: THE FEAR FACTOR VERBALIZATION (USING TEXTS FROM PERM AS AN EXAMPLE)

The advertising text in modern research is considered in different aspects: structural, linguostylistic, linguoculturological, etc. The technique of speech emotions, as a generator of an advertising message, remains not fully understood, as evidenced by a study on the emotions of fear. This paper examines the emotion of fear in social and commercial advertising (using the texts from Perm as an example). The purpose of the scientific article is to psycholinguistically describe the main nominative units of fear in the texts of social and commercial advertising of city signboards. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time a comprehensive description of the social and commercial advertising text of a signboard is presented as a special speech genre; based on a multi-aspect analysis, speech tactics of the effectiveness / ineffectiveness of the impact of advertising on the consumer are revealed. In addition, the work was carried out on regional factual material (texts of Perm signboards). The publication presents the factors influencing the formation of the emotion of fear in the consumer when perceiving the advertising text. The types of evaluation of the feeling of fear in the advertising text by Perm citizens of different age categories are determined. The content of the study is focused on the systematization of approaches to the study of feelings of fear in socially significant situations for the consumer. The author formulates recommendations for the effective and lawful use of speech units representing fear, according to the laws of legal ethics. The results of the research can be successfully applied as a theoretical basis for training specialists in the field of advertising science, as well as in the practice of communication theory.

THE INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF THE UNIVERSITY ON STUDENTS' PSYCHOLOGICAL COMFORT AND MOTIVATION FOR LEARNING

This paper summarizes the results of a research aimed at studying the impact of the transition to distance learning using information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process on the psychological comfort of students at the Adyghe State University of the direction "Psychological and Pedagogical Education". In the course of the study, we used a set of complementary research methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical, as well as private methods to assess the level of anxiety, sociability, motivation for learning and an author's questionnaire to identify the level of psychological comfort of students in distance learning. We suggest that the transition to distance learning may have an impact on the psycho-emotional state and psychological comfort of students: personal and situational anxiety will increase, and the level of motivation for learning and the level of communicative activity of students will decrease. The analysis and interpretation of the data show that in the process of distance learning, the majority of respondents have medium and high values of situational and personal anxiety (43.9% and 47.9%, respectively). Respondents who experienced psychological discomfort because it was necessary to adapt themselves sharply to the new format of education, amounted 59%; respondents for whom it was difficult to organize themselves for the learning process outside the university - 21.7%, as well as respondents who experienced difficulties associated with the material and technical base - 3.5%. Therefore, when introducing distance learning, it is necessary to take into account a number of possible risks affecting both the quality of the learning process and the psycho-emotional state of students. A necessary condition also, in our opinion, is to take into account the individual and personal characteristics of students in the process of integrating ICT into the educational system in order to strengthen health and create conditions for psychological comfort of students.

ANALYSIS OF THE PRODUCTION OF COMMERCIAL HOP IN THE CHUVASH REPUBLIC

It is possible to improve the living standards of the rural population not only by expanding the scale of agricultural production and creating new jobs. The revival of traditional branches of agricultural production in the regions will increase the level of profitability of agricultural producers and enterprises specializing in the processing of products, and develop the infrastructure of rural areas, taking into account modern requirements. The restoration of the hop-growing industry in the Chuvash Republic is a promising direction for the development of entrepreneurship in the agro-industrial complex of the region. The relevance of this problem is due to the fact that industries that depend on hop raw materials operate in conditions of a shortage of domestic raw materials and are forced to replace hop raw materials with analogues, which affects the quality of the final product. The article considers the prospects for the development of commodity production of hop raw materials, formulates the problems of commodity producers and consumers of hop raw materials in the current conditions of agribusiness development. The purpose of the study is to identify promising areas for the commercial production of hop raw materials in the Chuvash Republic. Research objectives: – analyze and establish trends in the production of commercial hops; – to identify internal and external factors in the organization of processing of by-products and different marketability of hop raw materials. The article discusses the prospects for the development of industrial production of hops. The trends in the development of the industry in the Chuvash region are presented and analyzed, as well as the problems of commodity producers and processors of hop raw materials in the current conditions of agribusiness development are formulated. The results obtained prove that the innovative development of the industry involves not only the use of resource-saving technologies in the production and processing of hop raw materials, but also the processing of by-products.

METAPHORS OF LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AS A SEARCH FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE

The article deals with metaphors of local economic development: as a solution to the problem, as a management of entrepreneurial activity; as the creation of a growth machine; as preservation of the social and natural environment; as the release of human potential; as a result of management; as a search for social justice. Attention is drawn to the fact that in the modern Russian practice of strategic planning of territorial development the approach prevails, which consists in increasing the competitive advantages of the region/city - entrepreneurs and other aspects of socio-economic development are ignored. The author makes recommendations on the use of the provisions of the metaphor "development as a search for social justice" in strategic planning, which will expand the development toolkit and improve the quality of life of socially vulnerable members of local communities.

THE IMPACT OF SUPPORTING UNIVERSITIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGIONAL ECONOMY

The article notes that the educational and research activities of leading universities, which in many regions are the main universities, should have a direct impact on the development of the regional economy. However, to date, universities have not been able to become drivers of the development of the region's economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the influence of supporting universities on the development of the regional economy. Objectives: to determine the place of supporting universities in the socio-economic and innovative development of the regional economy; to formulate opportunities for increasing the role of universities in the development of the region's economy. The study showed that the supporting universities serve as research and innovation, educational and production centers in the regions. Universities carry out scientific and innovative activities in accordance with the needs of enterprises in the region, act as active participants in socio-economic processes in the region. However, the effectiveness of universities does not always meet the requirements imposed on them by the federal center. The influence of supporting universities on socio-demographic processes, the production of innovative goods and services in the regions is also insignificant. Supporting universities can only be considered as participants in the development of the regional economy. It is possible to increase the role of supporting universities in the development of the regional economy through the efforts of federal and regional centers, as well as the active participation of universities themselves in regional and federal projects. The program «Priority 2030» will increase the resource base of research and production laboratories of universities, improve the production and transfer of innovative technologies to business associations, strengthen the link in the chain «university-business-region», and, consequently, the positive impact of universities to the regional economy.

STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN THE RESOURCE COMPONENT OF AGRICULTURAL FARMS ACCORDING TO THE ALL-RUSSIAN AGRICULTURAL CENSUS

The introduction of new ideas, approaches and models that contribute to the development of agricultural production is based on the analysis of a large array of data, including information on the level of use of basic production resources in different categories of farms, in the study of the intensity of production in these categories, etc. Based on the collected data on production resources for all categories of farms, the change in the volume of resources per organization (farm) in the period from 2006 to 2016 (according to the agricultural census), as well as indicators of production intensity for all categories of farms, is calculated. The results of calculations showed that the main part of land resources and technical means, as well as the number of productive animals, is in agricultural organizations (agricultural enterprises). A relatively small amount of production resources is provided for activities in the private sector. The unsolved problems include insufficient provision of farmers with tractors, combines, and other modern technical means. The completed study allows us to assess the current situation at the level of categories of farms, identify trends and outline ways to improve activities.
